I had the previous model but, sadly, it died, no fault of the machine but rather the old socket in my house (now replaced!). I was very happy with the quality of the coffee from the previous machine but this one blows it out of the water. The variety of sizes you can brew, brilliant. The flavour of the coffee once brewed, stunning. I 100% recommend this machine to coffee lovers everywhere. The customer service at Best Buy was also excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

Makes a great cup of coffee, but DO NOT use the permanent filter. The permanent filter makes a very cloudy pot of coffee & leaves dark rings in the crafe. I read in a forum where other people were having the same problem, it was suggested that paper filters be used, which I did, now the coffee tastes great, and is a nice crisp black. Also, after coffee is made, the water reseorvoir, a lot of water drops condense in the container. Solution, leave the resorvoir lid open to evaporate the condensation. Other than the above issues, which are easily resolved, it's worth the $!

This thing makes excellent coffee. It is fast and easy to use. I didn't really want to give up my drip maker but now I'd never go back!

The Coffee is perfect. It is fast for my morning coffee and kinda glad to get away for the K-cups . The whole family likes the frother.

Great coffee maker. It gives you the variety of many different coffee brews. You can brew one cup or a whole pot. My favorite feature is the built in frother.

Excellent small appliance, this unit has become a staple in our kitchen. There are plenty of features and brew selections to explore and the included recipe guide is great for getting started. The attached milk frother works surprisingly well. There are many little things that just make using this unit a breeze. The metal filter is great and easy to clean. The measuring spoon even attaches to the side making it always accessable. (Although small it's probably my favorite feature)

What can i say, makes excellent coffee. Versatile, frothing milk is easy. Nice recipes included. Basically starbucks in your kitchen

Straight forward operation. Easy to clean and the best tasting coffee. Wish coffee was hotter but not a deal breaker.

Makes a great cup of coffee, but I still think that my Bunn coffee maker made a better cup of coffee. But the Ninja has alot more features. So either one is great.

I had to bring my Kuerig back to BB because it would only fill my cup half way on about every 3rd or 4th cup. Luckily, I had purchased the 2 yr GSP and I was able to swap it out for the Ninja. Wow!! This ninja is amazing. The versatility of the machine from a pot to a cup of coffee is simple and the frother makes the coffees very tasty. This is the best appliance (beside my Bosch diwasher) that we have purchased this year! Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best coffee pot I have ever bought. It is capable of making just a single cup, travel cups, and the carafe. It does not use K-cups which I love, because the K-cups are too expensive. Look at the video on youtube and you will see that this machine is capable of making cappuccinos and iced coffees. I got mine on sale for $120 and it is well worth with it. The coffee machine is also able to determine when it requires to be cleaned. This thing is amazing.
