it includes everything i need for a a coffee machine, the only thing is i had to use paper filters to get perfect filtered coffee, i have been using this for 1 month now and i have no complaints.

I love to drink coffee. Thanks my self that I bought this machine. Easy to use, easy to clean, and you can make many kind of drink with this machine. My coffee came out so perfect everyday. I have a lot of fun to try new menu on recipes that come with it which is so easy to do. I'm glad that I found my favorite drink that I really like. Save me a lot of money for buying drink at the coffee shop. So happy with my purchased at Bestbuy.

So it took a little trial and error at first, and I switched to paper filters vs metal filter it comes with and now I absolutely love it. It makes the perfect coffee every time. My wife and I like the rich setting. Occasionally the cafe forte. I would reccomend this to any serious coffee drinker or lover. Just give it time to test out amount of scoops and different types but once you discover your preference you will not be disappointed.

I purchased about 9 months ago, and it is great for all intended uses. Single, travel, and half pot sizes all taste great every time and the added in reusable filter is a plus as well.

Wether you are an occasional coffee drinker, or a non-stop coffee fanatic, this coffee maker is right for you. The different options of brews you can drink are endless. One cup, a travel mug, or a whole pot, you can make it with a few clicks of a button. So many other ways to use this other than coffee to. We love making our hot chocolate with this on cold nights, and even froth up some cream to make it just right.

Sometimes I want to brew a whole cup, sometimes I don't. The Ninja provides the option to do either or. In both cases the selective brewing allows a good strong flavor like I like, not too watery. The frother is a nice add-on but since I drink coffee black it doesn't get much use. The no drip valve is nice to keep it from dripping when pulling a mug or pot out. In general it is one of the better auto drip coffee makers out for those that just want a cup.

Bought Kurig for iced coffee capabilities and was never impressed even after purchasing and using 3 models. This product finally looks like a perfect solution to my coffee wishes.
