The best coffee machine I've ever owned. I upgraded from the Keurig mostly for the versatility of wanting to have a carafe and single serve but with out having to spend on K cups. The upgrades made this purchase even better with having setting for espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more! I dont think I'll have to but a coffee machine for a long time! Highly recommend this purchase!

Works well, the frother is a plus! Has more cup settings than the lesser model.

Easy to set up. Great for frothing. A little bulky so plan well if you have limited counter space but it moves easily.

This machine does a great job replacing both my single serve unit and the carafe/pot drip unit that I used when we had larger groups or weekend breakfast. I like that I can set it up the night before and have a hot single cup of coffee ready for me to grab when I come down the stairs and rush off to work in the morning. Minor points off for being pretty large and for not heating the milk when frothing (who wants to have the extra step of microwaving it). Those are minor and I'd absolutely buy this again.

Excellent machine for the price. We've been looking for an espresso machine for a while but hesitant to drop that much money on one. This machine is an excellent and versatile alternative. You can make an old school pot of "Joe" or use the frothing attachment and make a personalized latte, cappuccino etc. Definitely recommend as a cheaper option to those not willing to spend $500 on an espresso machine. Love it!

Flavor of coffee is much better than Keurig. I'm enjoying trying the different recipe ideas provided with the Ninja product. I like that the water goes in tank and then out....none is held in unseen holding tank like Keurig. I can't completely drain Keurig when I go on vacation and it grosses me out knowing water has been sitting in the tank and I hate running several pots of water through it before use after vacation.

Perfect coffee with the #4 cone filters to many grounds with the reusable filter but so much better than k cups love it add a little brown sugar to the froth good stuff

I bought this as a gift for myself. I love good coffee but dislike the price I pay at the cafe. This coffee maker cost a bit more than the average, but well worth the price. The over ice feature makes great iced coffee. The frother works great for lattes. I would reccomend and would definitely buy again. The only downside for me was the largest pot of coffee it makes is only 10 cups.

We are very happy with this coffee maker. It's very easy to both use and clean up after using it. The fact that we can choose how much coffee to make is a huge plus. The measuring spoon tells you how many scoops to use depending on how much you are making. The no drop option is great so we don't have to worry about coffee spots to clean up. Huge upgrade over our standard coffee maker and keurig - we won't go back!
