I purchased this coffee maker because I have several other Ninja products that work GREAT and have earned some credibility with me as a consumer. I gave it to my brother as a Christmas gift. He was elated and over joyed! He never had the heart to tell me the recurring problem he’s had with it: approximately every 2 months, like clockwork, it won’t brew a full pot of coffee. Another reviewer referred to this as the beep of death and that sounds extremely accurate. It beeps like the pot is done and you have to manually stand near the coffee maker pressing the brew (not exactly certain what button as I don’t own this coffee maker - THANK GOODNESS) button OVER and OVER and OVER again just to get through it. He called Ninja customer service. They ran him through several “tests” and confirmed the unit was bad. They wanted to charge him to return the faulty unit and replace it. Ultimately, they waived the fee and made the exchange (thank you, Ninja! Least you could do). This has literally been going on for OVER ONE YEAR. He is on his 6th or 7th replacement. EVERY time he reaches out to customer service and they offer to send him a new unit, he asks what has been done to rectify this CLEARLY PREVALENT AND ONGOING MALFUNCTION. Ninja has yet to provide an answer. I was HUGELY disappointed to see Best Buy still has a similar product on their shelves (with the same poor reviews as I’ve seen here). Unfortunately, at the time I purchased the coffee maker, I didn’t look beyond the overall “star” rating/reviews. I put WAY TOO MUCH value on Ninja’s reputation. My brother puts up with the ongoing headache because he swears it brews the best cup of coffee he’s ever had. As the one giving the gift, I was mortified to have heard of the issues and beyond disappointed with how Ninja has chosen to ignore rectifying the issue. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I got this for my boyfriend...I still make instant coffee lol. He likes it and enjoyed all the features for the first month or so and now we use one function and that’s it. We also don’t have the counter space for it so it’s sort of inconvenient to use in its current spot, maybe we would do more with it if it was easier to access. Good machine, works well.

Does exactly what the name is. Coffee bar. Makes any type of coffee desired. Fancy and regular.

My husband was always a Keurig user but I was never impressed. Then a friend, who works for a coffee company, told me about the Ninja Coffee bar. Using a couple gift cards and rewards points we made the change and haven't looked back. It makes the best of everything for in home use. All the different brewing options let you choose just what type of coffee you are in the mood for. Will never buy any other coffee maker.
