I love this thing. I've been using it for about two months now, after finally upgrading from a crappy Mr. Coffee. There are some unnecessary bells & whistles (for me, the milk frothing attachment), but it's cool-looking, it gets the job done, and it's very easy to use. Features I especially love: 1. being able to extend the keep-warm time beyond two hours (I have it set to three) 2. being able to make a single cup if I want (no more contributing to landfills with K-cups!) 3. Being able to choose the strength of the coffee (espresso to "classic"). If there is one down side, I'm not too keen on the limitations of the normal coffee brew--you only get two sizes, "half a pot" and a "whole pot," which is somewhat inconvenient for me (I never drink an entire half pot on my own, so some always goes to waste). It would be nice if you could just choose how much water you want to use, but pish posh, it's just a darned nice coffee maker. I feel like it's sturdy and will last much longer than my last one(s)--fingers crossed.

I've only been using this for a few days but I LOVE it!! I know it doesn't make true espresso, but as someone who has been making espresso-like espresso using a french press and moka pot this feels like a step up. I always hated cleaning both of those items. What a pain! This is easy to use, easy to clean, water is measured automatically. So far I've made lattes and flat whites and they taste delicious. The frother works well and is really easy to use AND to clean. I love that I can make just a cup right in the mug. I also made iced cappuccino which was great as well! I highly recommend this if you love fancy drinks as well as straight up coffee. For me, the true espresso machines with drip coffee integrated were price prohibitive. Also, this takes up very minimal counter space. It's not very deep, the water canister removes easily so you don't need to pour water from the top. And the frother stores neatly in the back of the machine. I hope this lasts as long as the drip maker we replaced lasted us.

The Ninja makes great coffee and is easy to use. The only complaint is the carafe is more difficult to clean because of the narrow top opening.

We bought this because we love coffee. We have a keurig pot and I use that M-F for work, but when it's the weekend and we want a whole pot-ninja is the way to go! This coffee is piping hot and the unit is simple to use. We regularly use 10oz cups and we can get four 10oz cups from one pot. It's very stylish too!

I am happy with the coffee bar except for one thing. I wanted to be able to make my mocha drink and only use the coffee bar. However, if you want hot froth, you are told to heat the milk in the microwave for a minute. In this one area I feel the product information is a little misleading. Had i know this, I would not have made the purchase. I do believe that the coffee being made in the carafe is very good and I do like the single serving better than using the Kerig because I can adjust the strength of the drink.

I bought the ninja coffee maker after viewing an ad. Makes strong coffee and is easy to fill and clean.

This makes a great cup/pot of coffee. The frother attachment works perfect.

This coffee maker was on sale and also had a coupon to make it fairly cheap. This is a great coffee make but the price is a little steep unless its on sale. I don't utilize the frother but its great to be able to make single cup and full carafe and it has various fill settings based on mug sizes. The ability to set it on a timer is excellent as well. Great Coffee Maker!

This Ninja coffee maker makes the best coffee we have ever had from home. So many options for how bold you want your brew, easy to clean and looks good in the kitchen. Would highly recommend.

at first, I thought it was to complicated to use. Then learned that it was easy. The instructions are clear and easy to read. I like the coffee. You can make it strong or mild with many options.

Much better than K-Cups as the brewing process enables more flavor in your coffee. This was an upgrade from the older model for me, and it was able to make the same great cup of iced coffee that the first machine did. Ninja products are always top notch, even though they are mostly plastic.

Great coffee system that lets us make single serve or part/whole carafes of fresh coffee. The built in frother takes home coffee to the next level. Also the timer helps us wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Great for anyone that wants to drink fresh coffee not from a pod.

This product is great. It has all the basics, and able to do additional functions as well. The built in frother works great, and the specialty coffee selection taste great.

My son had bought this and raved about it so we figured we would give it a try. It works really well. We have tried all options - my daughter loves the iced coffee feature. We have tried the espresso and carafe - no complaints. Very happy with purchase.

the design was a little off putting to me, the see thru middle and 'ninja' logo front & center just doesn't match my kitchen at all, however, i took a chance & purchased it anyway , i'm so glad I did. the milk frother is hands done the easiest & cleanest frother i've ever used, the pre-set functions (Cafe Forte, classic, rich, iced) all work amazing. I get a perfect cup everytime. many other great feature, easy to clean, even comes with a recipe book. it might be ugly, but it sure makes great coffee!

We have been creating many of the recipes in the enclosed book. Very good! Easy to use. Mostly I make single cups. Although because of some coffee ground sediment (very fine) I can’t drink the last few drops. But overall I am very satisfied.
