Not as nice as older version

It was great because it kept the coffee hot for hours without external heating. The new version has a glass one that loses heat quickly when not on the burner and makes the coffee bitter the longer it sits on the heat. I do like that they moved all the electronic components up on the side instead of having the clock and buttons in the base of the coffee maker, where it was prone to water damage.

First one was a lemon second one works great

Right after I got it it signaled that I need to run clean cycle and kept telling me to run the clean cycle every week until it stopped working after 3 months. I had to pay shipping and FedEx packaging ($40) to get a replacement. The second one works great but if I had to purchase it again I probably wouldn't do it

The settings from 1/2 cut to a full pot has saved me money on not wasting coffee and the frothing accessory is must have! The recipe book that comes with the machine has so many delicious recipes and a must have for any coffee connoisseur. The price is fair for everything this machine offers and you make your money back preparing your own frothed favorite drink!!
