Finally gave in and bought a Keurig. Hated it. Promptly gifted it and got the Ninja. We want coffee all the time. Best coffee-trade decision, ever.

I got this for my brother for Christmas. He said it's a bit complicated to use, but makes great single or large pots of coffee.

I enjoy this machine mostly when I’m not in a hurry. I am used to popping in a cup and pushing a button. This def will be less expensive in the long run.

This has saved me so much money over the Kurig. The only part that is not perfection is that it has plastic parts. But if it was meatballs it would be 4 times the price.

Leaks sometimes and sometimes its cold. But all in all works well. Still cheaper than the coffee shops. Love the frother.

I got this as a Christmas gift from my fiancé . The first 5 days of use... no issues then all of the sudden it started to malfunction. I always select the classic brew -XL travel mug setting (unless someone else is drinking too) for some reason it won’t even brew more than 1/4 of a cup if I’m lucky at one time before beeping 5x (which it’s supposed to do when brew is completed) then shutting off. I Will be exchanging for a new one to see if it’s hopefully just a “lemon” He happen to buy or the product in general. I have read the users manual to see what could cause this (which it reads it could need to be cleaned with de-scaling solution) cleaned it and it is still shutting off. I have to push the classic button about 8-10x just for it to brew the xl travel mug amount cause it continually shuts off. No other troubleshooting methods I have read seem to fix this. Very frustrating, I’m not sure I will be recommending this product to anyone. Thinking We should have went with a keurig instead. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I am so pleased with this purchase. So many options for use and so easy to use. Comes with recipe book too
