I got this for my coffee-loving boyfriend for Christmas, but we both use it at least once a day. It’s great because on mornings that he gets up early he can make himself an XL cup, but on the weekends, we can make a big carafe. Having had a keurig before this, we are loving the variety of options, and I love that we aren’t using tons and tons of those plastic cups that are terrible for us and the environment. It takes a few trials to figure out your ideal number of scoops for each selection, as with any ground coffee maker, and be warned that this brews STRONG even coming from two people who like their coffee pretty stout. We never use the max number of scoops when brewing our Starbucks House Blend. I’ve found 2.5 scoops for an XL cup is my perfect ration.

It will do everything you need from specialty to single cup

We have truly enjoyed this product. We were drinking instant coffee before buying this machine so big change but great coffee. We have not made some of the more exotic coffees but what we have tried the ninja makes it a breeze.

Love this does what it says. The best is the cold drinks.

Replaced: My old Mr. Coffee, Kurig, and Nespresso; I LOVE this machine. now all there is to do is find some coffee that tastes better than Folgers. Although it makes my Folgers coffee taste REALLY Good.

Went through three Keurigs (not all lemons). Just wanted something that offered more choice of coffee. This machine is amazing. Comes with everything you need. Great design. Produces great taste from any grounds.

The frother is the best feature of this coffee maker and make Starbucks obsolete. You can brew a single cup or a full pot, making the k-cup waste brewers obsolete. Great purchase and love it.

This is a versatile coffee maker. It is even good to make ice coffee. It's easy to clean and it looks great on my kitchen counter. So far, I have not had any problems with it. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love this coffee machine. It's easy to use and clean. Coffee taste great!!! I make iced coffee and espresso all the time st home now which saves me a a lot if money! And it taste better then store bought.

I love this Coffee maker. It is so versatile and makes one cup to a full pot. The Cone filter, preheated grounds makes a smooth cup of coffee. The Milk brother and ability to make ice coffee to strong coffee is wonderful.

Everything works as it should. There is a definite taste difference between the two specialty settings. One provides more of an "espresso" richness where the other brings out the nuttiness in your roast. The coffee comes out quite hot, which is good. The pot itself loses heat very quickly. But, that's the case with most drip coffee makers that do not have an insulated carafe. The "froather" (whatever you call it) does a great job. It's just a fancy whisk really, but it gets a good foam. In all, we ditched our K-cup maker for this as we were using too many k-cups. We couldn't be happier. It may be pricey, but it's worth it.
