this coffee brewer makes great coffee, the taste is so good and easy to use with a measuring scoop that is clearly marked for size cup or pot to make such flavored brews!

Love this thing. Able to make so many different coffee drinks!!!

I really like this coffee maker, it's almost perfect. I love this far more than any other coffee machine I've had (which would include several models of Keurig and a several generic coffee makers). I do wish it were cheaper to purchase an extra basket to have a backup or for those lazy/crappy mornings where you forgot to wash the pot and just want to throw a clean one in and make a pot of coffee. I also wish there was a sensor that knew when water was low in the water reservoir because I've had a few occasions where I forgot to fill it and brewed the small amount remaining through a half carafe worth of coffee grounds. There's a sensor for knowing when the drip stop is closed, but nothing for water level like a Keurig has. Otherwise I really like this machine.

Have only owned for approx. 1 month but so far this coffee brewer is the best I have ever owned. The design is attractive and does not take up much counter space, I did no't want a pod machine but still wanted the option of single cup brewing and this machine fits the bill. The water tank can be easily removed to fill so no more drips or trying to pour water in the tank without spilling. It has 4 brew size settings and I use them all with favorable results. The thermal carafe is a nice bonus, and the double-wall tumbler that comes with this set keeps iced coffee cold for hours. Very pleased and highly recommend this machine.

I gave this coffee maker to my parents and so far they love it. The coffee is hot & stays hot. Also, having the brewing options is a bonus for avid coffee drinkers.

I have used the standard inexpensive coffee maker for years. Glad I upgraded to this. Coffee tastes much better! Only downside is that it comes in 10 cup and not a 12 cup

Convenient easy to use system with a lot of functionality. Does generate a significant amount of steam during the brewing process so need to be careful on placement in order to avoid damage to your cabinets.

I really love my new ninja coffee maker; it is so easy to use and the coffee is so hot and tasty. Just love this product which by the way replaced a keurig.

I'm not that much of a coffee drinker, but my spouse is, and has tried Keurig, regular drip (like Mr. Coffee), Starbucks Via instant coffee, as well as various coffee shops. The coffee makers for home use, including the Keurig and Mr. Coffee didn't taste the way she wanted, too thin/watery, or too bitter, or just not tasting very good. The Ninja Coffee Bar Brewer came to the rescue! The way it prepares/heats the water and brews the coffee is different than the Keurig and/or Mr. Coffee, so delivers great, rich flavor, without the bitterness or sourness that she found in other methods.

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend. He's a coffee addict and says it makes delicious coffee. The cleaning seems to be pretty simple as well.

Love the ease of use. This makes the best, very hot coffee. The recipes are easy to follow. I really like experimenting with different strengths of coffee by the cup!

I love this coffee maker so much!! I bought this last year on Black Friday for a great deal. I use it daily to make coffee and have saved a LOT of money by making fresh coffee at home instead of buying Starbucks, Dutch Bros, etc at $5 a pop. I love that this product allows me to buy whichever ground coffee I want and it makes it fresh. It's extremely easy to use (Add scoops of grounds, add water to water level line, click button!) and also very easy to keep clean. This is one of the best products I have ever purchased!! :)

Like many of you I've been searching for the perfect coffee cup. Ladies and gentlemen, your search is over... I used to spend hundreds of dollars a year buying coffee here and there! Not anymore, now coffee everywhere taste like cr@p! I rather make my own at home!

I purchased this to supplement my primary coffee maker, same brand with glass carafe. I have a lot of guests so the stainless pot on standby is great. I definitely prefer the glass—coffee tastes better. This still makes great coffee but it has some flaws. Similar to my other pot, I don’t like that much of this is straight plastic, which I don’t think will be very durable. To clean inside the pot, the neck is too narrow to get inside/clean, so you have to get a bottle cleaner. The one thing that drops this to a three star review is the cleaning mode that is very different than my other model. The first cycle takes 60 minutes and then one need to flush it with fresh water and start that cycle within 15 minutes of the clean cycle. It took me many tries to get that light off. I’d still recommend this device but that clean cycle is flawed!

Great coffee maker super easy to clean. The removable water tank keeps it from getting all gross inside. The Thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for hours

This is a coffee maker for people who prefer convenience. Its focus seems to be more on making a pot quickly rather than extracting all the flavor of the grounds on the Classic and Rich Brew settings. It does fine with the Specialty Brew but I feel there's still room for improvement. But for folks like me that want a travel mug in the morning before work, a cup after dinner in the evening and a full pot for guests or for the weekend, the flexibility of this machine is worth it. I have the model with the metal carafe and it keeps the coffee warm for over an hour easily. I also like the safety of not having an open heating element. Overall, a decent machine. Hopefully, it'll last for some time.

This coffee maker gives you the freedom of using any coffee bean you want, unlike a kureg. The frother turns an ordinary cup of coffee into a coffee house special. Everyone that has tried coffee from this unit has enjoyed every drop.
