My wife uses this for her smoothies, and this is fantastic. One of the good things about it is you blend and drink from the same cup, saving some cleaning time.... comes with two of those and a drinking lid.

I bought this Ninja for my wife to make smoothies in the morning before going to work. She loves it because its easy to load the cup, take off the blades and add the cup/lid and off she goes.

This thing works like a charm- chops everything into a very delicious smoothie. But it is incredibly loud- this thing will wake you up faster than a cup of coffee.
