Love this phone. In such a short time of using it, it has already picked up how I use my phone and constantly suggest activities for me to be able to efficiently use my phone such us asking if i would like to delete temp files and actually opening up the folder when I say yes and providing a button to run the activity. I won't have to figure out managing stuff myself. Lots of other cool simple features which helps make the phone so user friendly and easy to navigate.

Purchased for a family member. Love everything about it. Great Price. All features are excellent, especially the Camera.

With Android One , the phone updated to Android Pie on the first day. Takes nice photos and is not loaded with bloatware.

Nice Mobile from Nokia after a long time. i compared it google pixel 2 and liked very much with features and design. the quality is very good

Feels solidly built. Has performed well so far. The camera, I'm very impressed with it, much better than my last phone, which wasn't bad. But this one gets great shots, even indoors. My previous phone was the same height but wider. The phone feels narrow but after using it this is preferable because it was always difficult to stretch my thumb to reach the left side of the screen on my old phone. So taller & thinner is better imo.

This is a great phone. Just a bit slippery so you have to be careful that it doesn't drop. Works great with most apps.

Owned it for 2 years , still works well.the charging port is little unstable. light, can use easily with one hand.

Pretty good phone for the price. Had to switch from a Huawei because they stopped doing updates here in the US.

I put my trust on Nokia again. So far so good. Real Android upgrade, yes All Nokia including Nokia 7.1 have Android One. No issue yet. Bought it for overseas gift. Working fine. Personally, I did not use this phone because the width of the phone is little tiny for me. Otherwise everything is fine. Waiting for an Upgrade model but Nokia 7.2 made Moto-like round camera which I don't like.

I've been using this phone for three weeks and haven't had any issues. It seems fast with minor lag switching between screens at times. I bought it on clearance and have been happy so far. It's just as good as the more expensive ones.

great phone for a great price, fast, reliable, amazing screen

Works fine and runs fast, screen is beautiful, better than some flagships, Android one program so you always get the Google updates direct for 3 years. I've owned the Galaxy line and still have an iPhone for work but find myself drawn to this Nokia and it's beautiful design. Camera works better than expected.

I purchased my first Nokia 7.1 on Nov 13, 3018. I returned it after 5 days because the battery just died. It won't turn on at all. I exchanged it for the same model, due to the camera. If not because of the camera I would have chosen a different phone. The call quality is not great. Even if you turn on the speaker phone it's not loud enough. I have noticed the charge was getting slower each day, then yesterday it won't charge anymore. Really after 4 months?!!! I will never buy a Nokia phone again!!!

This phone is listed in store as working with Verizon but the website and the cell phone experts working at 2 different best buy stores told me it would not. At one store they went as far as removing the tags on the shelf because there is no way this phone would work on Verizon. I have been using this phone on the Verizon network for a week now and not only is the phone incredible, the service is far better than my Verizon S7 ever got. I could have paid an additional $150 for this phone and still been impressed by the value. (If you are going to use a new SIM card with this phone you will need to pop it into a Verizon phone and place a call with it to get it properly registered or you will have issues placing calls once you put it in the unlocked phone. Thats true for all unlocked phones you try to use on the Verizon network.)

Multiple issues. Let's start with service first: Within an hour of buying it, I noticed a HUGE issue. I had 1 bar of service. I was on the phone with my service provider 4 times in the first 4 hours I owned the phone, trying to figure out the terrible reception. The other 2 phones in my house at that exact time, had full service. Between everyone in my house, we've had 7 different phones (LG and different brands) over the past 3 years and have always had full service. Not with this phone. My service availability with this phone was continually bouncing between 1 bar and no service at all. Calls would be dropped. For example: driving to our local Wal-Mart is a 7 mile drive... I lost and regained cell service a total of 5 times in that short drive. 2nd issue: Battery life was terrible...because of the phone constantly looking for service I believe. The phone would be sitting on my desk for 2 hours, not being used, and battery life would drop by 10 - 20 percent. With moderate use, the battery wouldn't even last me until dinner time. 3rd issue: While talking on the phone, if I tipped or turned my head ever so slightly, the screen would occasionally wake up and my cheek would hit the mute button and I was unaware of this. I could hear the other person, but they would think I had hung up on them or the call had been dropped. This happened frequently. I actually returned the phone at the 2 week mark after buying it...Even knowing I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee to do so.

I've only had the phone for about ten days and have been impressed with the phone so far. Does everything that I need well. Great screen, fast response and a good camera for the price. For the price a very solid offering from Nokia.

The phone looks great and works well (android 8.1 installed, 9 upgrade scheduled in November). Only disappointment is call volume is too low, common complaint, hopefully fixed with the upgrade.

I still have this Nokia 7.1 cell phone. The reason was this. Winter day, the temperature was around seven degrees Fahrenheit, I spent about 30 minutes taking lovely photos, suddenly, Nokia 7.1 got frozen and, I could not continue my cession of photo-shooting. So, I warmed the phone and after five minutes, I was able to continue my excursion.

The phone is a great buy for the price. And you are not tied down to a carrier
