The Nokia G20 is a budget smartphone that offers good value for money. It has a 48MP quad camera, a long-lasting battery, and a sturdy build. However, the performance is not the best, and the display is not very bright. Here is a more detailed review of the Nokia G20: Design and build quality The Nokia G20 has a plastic body with a textured finish. It feels sturdy and well-made, and it should be able to withstand some bumps and scratches. The phone is available in two colors: Night and Glacier. Display The Nokia G20 has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The display is not very bright, and it can be difficult to see in direct sunlight. However, the colors are accurate and the viewing angles are good. Performance The Nokia G20 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 processor. This is a budget processor that is not very powerful. The phone can handle basic tasks like browsing the web and checking email, but it will struggle with more demanding tasks like gaming and video editing. Camera The Nokia G20 has a 48MP quad camera system. The main sensor is capable of taking good photos in good lighting conditions. However, the photos can be noisy in low light. The ultrawide sensor is also good for taking landscape photos. Battery life The Nokia G20 has a 5050mAh battery. This is one of the best things about the phone. The battery can easily last for two days on a single charge, even with moderate usage. Software The Nokia G20 runs Android 11. It is a clean and bloat-free version of Android. The phone will receive two years of software updates and three years of security updates. Overall The Nokia G20 is a good budget smartphone. It has a long-lasting battery, a sturdy build, and a good camera. However, the performance is not the best, and the display is not very bright. If you are looking for a budget smartphone with a long battery life, the Nokia G20 is a good option. Here are some pros and cons of the Nokia G20: Pros: Long-lasting battery Sturdy build Good camera Clean and bloat-free software Two years of software updates and three years of security updates Cons: Not very powerful Display is not very bright Slow fingerprint sensor Overall, the Nokia G20 is a good budget smartphone. It is not the best phone on the market, but it offers good value for money. If you are looking for a phone with a long battery life and a sturdy build, the Nokia G20 is a good option.

Your phone should then restart momentarily. This is a safe and quick way to reboot your device without losing or erasing any data. My phone won’t charge. What should I do? First ensure the issue isn't with the power source or socket you're using - you can quickly check this by plugging your phone into a different outlet, then checking if it charges. If the socket is not the issue, try taking a closer look at the power cable or charging port on your phone, ensuring everything appears as it should. Then, try turning your phone off completely and plugging it into the socket - bear in mind if the battery is completely drained, it might take up to 2 or 3 minutes to start charging. How can I contact support? Our customer support page offers a number of ways that you can contact support. Please visit the Nokia website for further assistance. How do I fix touch sensitivity issues on my phone? Before performing any additional troubleshooting steps, please ensure that your product does not show any physical damage, has not been exposed to water, the screen is clean, and your fingers and hands are not wet or dirty. Please also remove any 3rd party screen protectors that you may have on the device as non Nokia branded screen protectors may decrease the touch sensitivity of the device. If none of these solutions resolve the issue that you are facing, please perform a hard reset back to factory settings. Please note: a hard reset will completely erase all the data, settings and content on your smartphone, returning it to the original factory settings. We strongly advise that you back up your device before a hard reset. Visit here to learn more about how to back up your smartphone remotely. To reset your smartphone and erase all its content, first make sure your phone is connected to a power source. We also recommend that your battery is at least 50% charged when you perform a hard reset. Press the volume up key and the power button simultaneously for about 30 seconds or until the root menu appears. Then choose the action you want to take from the root menu, in this case “Wipe data/factory reset”. Alternatively, you can also perform a hard reset by tapping Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.

Great battery, but not a good "phone" for calls

The battery life is perfect and I can usually get 1.5 to 2 days out of it, but that's where the good ends. My phone has automatically updated to Android 12 and that has caused a huge amount of problems. Applications used to open up instantly after clinking them, but after the update they take like 6 seconds or more to open and load. The "phone" doesn't work correctly after the update to Android 12 either. I can receive a call and can't answer the call until the answer screen pops up. Usually it pops up after about 7 or 8 seconds, other times it doesn't even pop up until after the call is missed. Half of the time when I am on a call, the audio cuts out and I can't hear the other caller. They can hear me, but I can't hear them. I can call them back and the call will work for a few minutes but then will cut out again. This seems to be tied to the update as well since I never had this issue before. The update to Android 13 hasn't improved anything either. I am a die hard Nokia fan, and generally keep my phones for 2 years or longer, but after 1 year and 6 months this phone seems to be struggling to keep up with the updates and I may have to just replace it. The camera is pretty good, but doesn't have a manual focus mode, and the automatic focus seems to really struggle to get a clear image. Also the screen has a bunch of dead pixels. Their not that noticable, but on black screens you can really see them.

Love this phone, works great and the storage capacity helps a lot. Bright display and a very nice screen size. Pictures come out clear and very detailed. Forgot my charger at home on a recent trip, battery lasted 2 whole days with fair use and even using maps both ways. Overall very satisfied with this phone.

I bought this phone about 10 months ago. And was happy with it. Camera it's 4/5 it takes nice pics. Sound it 4/5 storage 5/5 battery it's 5/5 three day battery. Internet connection 4/5 not to fast not to slow. The only thing I hate it's the android One Sistem. It works fine, but it does updates by itself and few times was updating for few hours. Until the last time it just stop working. I Lost my data and every thing. I sended the phone to the Nokia services and they send me a different phone. It was an old celphone and it didn't like me. It happen about three weeks ago and I still waiting for a positive answer. To get a new celphone or at least the same one I pay for it.

I have been a long time Samsung owner but I simply refuse to spend $500 - $1200 or more for a phone. This one does everything I need to do on a phone. It has plenty of storage space and is unlocked. At $175.00 I figure I can upgrade in a couple of years and still be ahead.

With over 100 GB in space, there is plenty of space to download apps you would use quite often, especially in this era of streaming video games now. I would of given it 5 stars, however, I am not sure if these short freezes are based on the fact that I have a used one or not.

I ran into a technical issue with this phone when it would not connect to T-Mobile's mobile network for internet so I returned it for another and this one works great. For a budget phone it feels well built, nice screen though it doesn't do too well in sunlight, runs fairly smoothly with basic usage, and had a long battery life. I would recommend the G20 if you are looking for a phone for basic needs such as calls, texting, watching videos, surfing the web, and photos.

Let's just say that I miss my Nokia 5.3. I had to switch to something else due to AT&T shutting down 3G, making my 5.3 unable to make/receive calls. The G20 is a nice looking phone. Came with screen protector and case. Has good battery life. Other than that I'm not impressed. It lags a lot when scrolling through Twitter and Twitter will crash a lot. I've tried resetting and reinstalling but I've had no success. I miss having the fingerprint unlock on the back like my 5.3 as I used it a lot to pull down my notifications. Oh well maybe something better will come along.

I do not like this phone but it might be because I am used to LG phones. I don't like that you are solely dependent upon sliding the screen to go back. I know that sounds strange but I like back buttons. This phone does not have that. I also don't like the sound when playing music, not loud enough or have enough bass. When taking photos or selfies it comes out grannie sometimes. It's okay for a emergency phone or if you want something inexpensive for now it's ok but once I get settled, I will trade in.
