I’ve only had the nood for a few weeks; however it seems to be slowing the hair growth. I’ve started on a lower setting to be cautious so I am not expecting speedy results.

I was excited to try this hair reduction device, but after several weeks of use, I'm disappointed to report that I haven't seen any noticeable reduction in hair growth. It turns out my hair is just too light in color for this device to be effective. This technology works best on darker hair colors. With my lighter blonde the device just isn't able to effectively target the pigment. I wish they could find a way to work around that. That said, I've learned that this device can be quite effective for those with the right skin tone and hair color. The key is to make sure your hair has enough contrast with your skin tone for the IPL to properly detect and target the follicles. There are seven different levels, so if you find that the highest setting (7) burns just a little, go down to a lower setting. There’s also a manual flash button, or auto flash which I personally like using. Also, make sure that your hands arent covering any of the tiny holes that are used to air out the device since it gets a little warm. One thing I wanted to add, was that after some time, the spider veins on my legs have lessened after using it for a few months. So i did some research and found online that this can possibly help improve the appearance of fine lines, spider veins, and uneven skin pigmentation. It’s nothing compared to professional ipl treatments done in a dermatologist's office, and some people disagree that it can be effective, just like anything else in the world. But for those that have passed the return date and are looking for an at-home option that can still possibly provide some other benefits, it may be worth looking into.

We had to replace our other handheld hair remover, this was the best price and had great reviews so we decided to give it a try. This is smaller than our previous so doesnt take as much room to store it, has great options for power and is much more user friendly but being lightweight and smaller in size. It also tells you the zap count! Thay was you can know when you need another in advance! Overall very happy with the purchase, this works if you follow the recommendation of use. Small, powerful and about $150 cheaper than our other!

I just recently purchased my device and love it. I love the compact design and lightweight makes it easy to use. I have dark hair and fair skin and already see results after a few weeks. I am very happy and will continue to use and feel this was a great investment vs. the money spent going to a salon.

I had some unsightly hairs growing out of the top of my ears. I bought this laser hair removal to see if it would work. I noticed a difference after four applications. The hair is gone, and I’m not wolfing it anymore!

After just weeks of owning this product, I'm already seeing results. I have less hair growing back at a slower rate and I only have to shave once a week before I use the Nood IPL.

My wife really likes using this little device. She knew what she was getting in terms of power and capabilities, so it's been a great experience in her opinion. She mentioned the Nood works fairly well as long as she is consistent with her applications (very slow movement) on regular intervals. She does wish the power was a little stronger, but for something with such a small form factor like this one, she feels like it's on par with other competitors.

its so bright when you use it. i didnt expect no glasses inside. even the cheaper you get have glasses inside. but this one doesnt come with any.

The Nood works to some extent but does not provide the results that I hoped for. My chin hair is thinner, but not completely gone. I will keep working with it since I cannot return it.

This one is hard to tell haven’t seen a lot of reduction of hair but some thinning may be a long process before I see a considerable difference.

I purchased this recently and after using for a few weeks I am noticing impressive results. Hair is already growing back slower and less thick. The device is also easy to use and the directions pamphlet answered every question I had.
