The bike is great but what I really love about it is the iFit integration. It’s the iFit platform that has me coming back every morning. The instructors are motivating and it’s super immersive as iFit manages resistance and incline based on what I’m seeing on-screen.
I have started and stopped various workout routines many times in my life but this is literally the only one I’ve continued with after the first week or two.
That said, as great as this thing is, if I had to do it all over again I would have found an iFit compatible bike, without built in screen, that can connect via Bluetooth. I would then take the savings on the no screen bike (vs the $2k I paid for this thing) and pick up a new iPad, which would obviously have extended value beyond workouts, and just download the app.
I get the simplicity of the all in one option which this thing achieves but as I said in my summary, there’s other options.

The bike is smooth and extremely well made. I got the bike during the COVID - 19 issues so I can not get the bike assembled by a team. But truly it was simple to put together. But you truly do need an extra hand to help with the setup. If your weight is above 290lb this is a great bike for you since its weight cap is listed at 350lb weight cap. The set up online was also pretty good make sure to turn on the bike and have all the proper updates fully install once you complete it.
** I recommend you search "youtube" for help with assembly of the bike since you don't want to clip one of the wires. ** Also after a week of riding check the bolts to make sure if any of them have set incorrectly. Other than that the bike has been amazing love the ** Brand New LIVE workout they just came out with starting May 2020.
Con: Once in a blue while biking it does lose connection causing your bike ride info not to be saved. which does suck if you're into a 45min bike ride and it doesn't save it.
For does familiar with the different internet connections this only connects with a 2.4-2.5GHZ not a 5GHz so the quality of the video connection isn't perfect. Definitely my only issue which I don't understand why it does not connect with 5Ghz?
** The bike is truly amazing **

S22i is the best

The S22i is a top-notch product. We originally looked at the Peleton but, they wanted us to wait for 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. We started doing further research and discovered that the S22i got outstanding ratings and in many cases was rated better than the Peleton. We then made the decision to buy the NordicTrack. The biggest difference we like is the automated function of changing the incline/decline and resistance. With the Peleton you have to dial down these functions with the control nop. We definitely made the best decision.

I ve had this bike less than a month and have nearly 500 miles under my belt with it. You will love the smooth change in resistance and the incline/decline functions while following your ifit trainer. I ve lost 15 lbs in less than a month and my resting heart rate has lowered by 8 bpm. This bike is addictive. Not your 90's Grandma push pull fan bike of the past. From beginner to veteran cyclist this bike has you covered.

After much thought, consideration and research I chose the NordicTrack s22i Studio Bike and I couldn’t be happier with this choice! Excellent bike! Smooth ride, very quiet, the screen is amazing and the iFit workouts are better than I ever imagined! So easy to operate too! I’ve used my bike every single day since delivery, I’ve tried the studio workouts - both live and recorded; I’ve been all over the world riding with amazing trainers and I even saw the sunrise live on Mt Everest! You need this bike!!

Pros: This cycle is good and solid build.
Cons: IFit software should have added screen saver to prevent screen burnout.
Seat is not at all comfortable and it's very hard to find seat that would fit the cycle.

We have had the bike just over a month and really enjoy it. Great quality bike, well built, runs silently and is sturdy. The iFit program allows the family to each have their own profile. I have been doing a series with one of the trainers and it is a whole body workout using the dumbbells or just upper body movement while cycling. My wife rides along with trainers in different parts of the world, and my son uses the map feature to ride around our own city. The map feature is just google maps street view so it jumps forward sections at a time, but it is interesting. The trainers on iFit are very engaging, we really like it. And the auto adjustment feature with the classes is very nice. The does come with built in courses so you can use it fully manual or with the few courses it comes with. It really exceeded my expectations. The only gripe is the user interface is not intuitive and takes some time to figure out. The online forums were helpful and the email customer service was responsive at least so that was good. Once you figure it out it works great. One tip, never log out. You switch users without logging out.

The bike is sturdy and works well. The 22” screen is nice and big as well. The iFit classes are very good and offer a good variety. However the app can be a little slow to respond.

After having this for over 18 months, we have done alot of workouts with this bike. Having said that, the crank bolt keeps falling off, the screw securing the pedals keeps getting loose, and the control board stopped working and didnt control the incline and resistance. I had to swap it out myself. Now, the resistance stopped working again and having a tech come and see what's wrong with the bike. The bolts seem to come loose near the handle too.
Other than that, when it works it gives me good workouts and challenges. Still has a nice incline feature and fan that the competition doesn't have and helps in the virtual bike rides.

Awesome! We’re so glad you have been able to workout so much on this studio cycle. Way to go!
We’re sorry about the crank bolt on this unit falling off and loosening, and the resistance has not been working as intended. We’re glad you are having a tech take a look. We want this cycling system to work at its highest capacity to support your workouts.

As of the time of this review, the model that we bought at Best Buy was NTEX02117. Upon getting it home, assembling it, and starting to use it, we learned it was lacking some features we expected. (bluetooth connectivity being one of the missing features)
It turns out the model sold directly from NordicTrack is NTEX02121, which is a newer version, with slightly newer features. Considering they are currently sold at the same price, I had expected the version from Best Buy was the most current model. I will be retuning it to buy the newer model directly from NordicTrack.
As a side note, we were delighted that picking the bike up same-day from Best Buy was a great benefit and one of the reasons we will continue to shop at Best Buy. But beware, it comes packed in a box that is 200+ lbs. and not easy to move.

The Norditrack bike is awesome. There are so many features that we love about the bike including 24 hour access. The iFit classes abd the incline option are amazing. We love that we don’t have to Contol the bike abd that the instructor can change the resistance and incline but it also has the ability for us to manually change the resistance and incline. Great quality!

Love it! The workouts are great. You get good music along with the instructors teaching. The instructor control feature to your bike is awesome. I like the filter options in the leaderboard. I have two complaints. The screen makes the handlebars top heavy so it slips and moves a little. The Tighten system for the seat and handlebars are like a compression and not a screw in which doesn’t seem to tighten as well. The touch screen is not sensitive so I have to tap it repeatedly to get a response.

I love this bike! So far I have no complaints. I use it almost daily and I love the incline feature. The only issue I had is with the seat. It's extremely hard but a gel seat cover works wonders.

Excellent fitness machine with a lot of course and training options at a fraction of the price of a Peloton plus it includes one year of access to all the classes. The pivoting screen also allows you to leverage many of the non-cycling classes available on iFit.
