It was well packed, and I found a good strategy for unboxing was to cut the bottom off the box and lift the box off the bike after standing back up. They used lots of packing tape so some care not to damage the products is in order. Not a big issue. It's heavy - no joke. I sought help sporadically and managed to assemble it in about a half hour after getting all the parts free form the styrofoam. moved it inside and we are ready to go. Seems solidly built. Too new to opine on the quality of the iFit content,except to say there appear to be a lot of options. New pedals are coming in a few days and a few family members will need shoes...other than that we are excited to start riding.

Great bike! This bike is very very heavy, but easy to put together. I did replace the seat with a seat that is geared more for me. I never used to ride the bikes at the gym; however, I love my bike!

Product runs great. Installation was great. Only issue is that this is the second item that we have ordered from Best Buy where we were told that delivery would happen on a specific date and it did not happen on that date. We have to rearrange work schedules to take delivery of our product. We’re not sure anymore when delivery will happen on any big product we purchase.

This bike is nothing short of excellent! Below is a list of the pros and cons. Hope this helps. -PROS- - Easy installation directions - Very adjustable. - Sturdy construction - Fun interactive iFit program - Worth the price! -CONS- - Seat is uncomfortable, recommend buying a replacement. Easy Fix. - Seat has some clicking if not fully tightened and adjusted. -OVERALL- - This bike does exactly what it is supposed to. It is challenging, yet fun and a great way to get in shape.

LOVE the bike and large screen, but the seat is horribly uncomfortable. Ordered a larger seat, but have not received it yet. As much as NordicTrack charges for this cycle, they should offer alternative seat sizes, or at least make other seats you can purchase separately.

Good bike. Love the incline. Ifit come was many. And I mean many classes to take. I read a few reviews about turning it off after each workout or when you’re done for the day. If you leave it on for an extended time the screen glitches. I started to turn it off after every work out.

The bike is very easy to put together on your own in less than 20 minutes. The screen is a great size, everything feels easily customizable, and I love that the bike responds to the trainer so you don't have to adjust your resistance manually (you can if you want to). Only two small complaints: 1) A blender bottle doesn't fit in the water bottle holders; 2) the screen is a somewhat slow to respond so you have to be a little more patient than you are with other tech.

The bike is great and definitely worth the value. The iFit classes are great and motivating. This was a good investment for my home gym and is helping with indoor training. Did run into a problem on install with the seat post and not being able to get it to tighten down. Multiple attempts and few google searches discovered it's a common problem. I'm not sure exactly how I adjusted it but it does work and did not have to get replacement parts. Patience is a virtue. Other than that, quick easy assembly. I did change out the peddles for clip in versus the cages that it comes with.

I am having trouble with the seat, keeps slowly dropping and not very comfortable. Also didn't know I would have to change out the pedals to use clip in bike shoes but otherwise I am very satisfied with the bike. The large screen is nice along with the ablility to turn it to do exercises off the bike is a nice benefit

Love this! We have had it over a year and we are very happy with the purchase. The incline on the bike is realistic and unique. The outdoor rides are superior. The interface can get better but overall we really like the bike, the trainers, the incline and the outdoor training rides in some of the most beautiful places on earth. We would buy again!

Great bike and good threshold delivery experience even during the pandemic. Easy enough to put together. It took about an hour to assemble and set up iFit. No issues with the bike, but I added a gel seat pad for comfort. I'm happy with the variety in iFit programs and rides, and the recent addition of live classes. Best investment for my health and well being during the stay at home orders and beyond. No regrets in making this purchase!

The bike is great but what I really love about it is the iFit integration. It’s the iFit platform that has me coming back every morning. The instructors are motivating and it’s super immersive as iFit manages resistance and incline based on what I’m seeing on-screen. I have started and stopped various workout routines many times in my life but this is literally the only one I’ve continued with after the first week or two. That said, as great as this thing is, if I had to do it all over again I would have found an iFit compatible bike, without built in screen, that can connect via Bluetooth. I would then take the savings on the no screen bike (vs the $2k I paid for this thing) and pick up a new iPad, which would obviously have extended value beyond workouts, and just download the app. I get the simplicity of the all in one option which this thing achieves but as I said in my summary, there’s other options.

The bike is smooth and extremely well made. I got the bike during the COVID - 19 issues so I can not get the bike assembled by a team. But truly it was simple to put together. But you truly do need an extra hand to help with the setup. If your weight is above 290lb this is a great bike for you since its weight cap is listed at 350lb weight cap. The set up online was also pretty good make sure to turn on the bike and have all the proper updates fully install once you complete it. ** I recommend you search "youtube" for help with assembly of the bike since you don't want to clip one of the wires. ** Also after a week of riding check the bolts to make sure if any of them have set incorrectly. Other than that the bike has been amazing love the ** Brand New LIVE workout they just came out with starting May 2020. Con: Once in a blue while biking it does lose connection causing your bike ride info not to be saved. which does suck if you're into a 45min bike ride and it doesn't save it. For does familiar with the different internet connections this only connects with a 2.4-2.5GHZ not a 5GHz so the quality of the video connection isn't perfect. Definitely my only issue which I don't understand why it does not connect with 5Ghz? ** The bike is truly amazing **

This bike is very sleek looking. Fits great in an small room. Excellent ifit membership that offers both cycling & off bike strength training classes. Excellent features with built in fan, placement of hand weight holders, water bottle holder, resistance controls & amazing automatic incline & decline while riding. Only thing I do not like is when you are pedaling fast & hard the handles & screen sort of shake a bit. Overall, very happy with this purchase & would recommend.

I ve had this bike less than a month and have nearly 500 miles under my belt with it. You will love the smooth change in resistance and the incline/decline functions while following your ifit trainer. I ve lost 15 lbs in less than a month and my resting heart rate has lowered by 8 bpm. This bike is addictive. Not your 90's Grandma push pull fan bike of the past. From beginner to veteran cyclist this bike has you covered.

Easy to set-up. iFit is great. My fiance and love it. We highly recommend over Peloton.

After researching exercise bikes and deciding between the Nordic track or Peleton we decided the Nordic track was the best option at the best price. The bike has more features and the first year of free classes was a added bonus. Both bikes are excellent quality but the Nordic offered more. I was surprised Best Buy sold excellent workout equipment so it was a extra bonus being a Best Buy rewards member.

Pros: This cycle is good and solid build. Cons: IFit software should have added screen saver to prevent screen burnout. Seat is not at all comfortable and it's very hard to find seat that would fit the cycle.

I can’t express the difference this bike has made in my life in such a short amount of time.. the iFit community is great and the bike makes it easy for me to focus on working out with taking care of the resistance and incline for me.. the 22in screen is wonderful.. so is the fan! No complaints.

This bike is amazing. I was a little leery about it being 'commercial' and therefore bulky and more bike than what I needed. Definitely not the case. It is very user friendly and has a lot of adjustment settings (and is easy to adjust). I haven't used many of the workouts yet as I'm recovering from surgery but I'm looking forward to doing so. The only drawback to this bike is that the seat is NOT comfortable, at all. I ended up buying a replacement seat for it.
