Customers are impressed with the Commercial S22i Studio Cycle's easy assembly, workout variety, incline feature, and quiet operation. They appreciate the automatic resistance and incline/decline features, as well as the iFit program. However, some customers find the seat uncomfortable and the bike to be wobbly. Awesome bike! Better than Peleton in that the bike self adjusts incline and resistance during a workout. Low profile and quiet makes the bike nice and sleek. Workouts do not contain music, but hook up your own and its just as good. Great bike!

Awesome bike. Has workouts for on the bike and off. Incline and decline work well. Nice not to have to adjust resistance, trainers do that automatically.

It simply is not perfect. The seat is difficult to lock in, even with proper Alan wrenches. More important, it can make creaking noises when it is not set perfect. Also, all of my adjustment bolts/ knobs came bent. One was unusable, but I had the same size bolt on hand. I was expecting Closer to perfection for the price, but the actual ride experience is excellent overall

Love this machine!! High quality. For the reviews that say the handlebars shake they need to make sure you assemble the bike correctly. There is only 1 correct direction the bolt goes through. The fan is awesome!

I really enjoy the iFIT classes. The bike’s arm rest is a little loose and moves a little when I ride. I switched the pedals for soon Look keo pedals and it feels awesome. The only bad thing is that the monitor stopped working so they send me a replacement 2 or 3 weeks later and had to set an appointment with their tech to come and install the unit.

I use my NordicTrack Studio Cycle daily and I love it!!! There are, however, some technical glitches. When my husband uses it and raises the seat, the seat slides back down while in use!! We also cannot move the handlebars (and they seem like they CAN be moved). Finally, when we complete a training program it does not stay in our "history." Only the most recent program is being saved. Thus, if you want to go back to continue with a different program, you have to repeat the first session that you have already completed... I'd still rate it a 4.5 out of 5.

A very fun product and nice build quality. Great that it comes with iFit subscription to try for a year. Like the automatic incline/decline, cool that it changes when riding with an iFit trainer.

I had been researching bikes for almost 2 years. I finally settled on this one. The decision was based on which bike would give me the best outdoor experience. This bike is amazing. I love how it inclines/declines and resistance is controlled by the trainer. If you are truly into Studio rides, this might not be the bike for you. They do have studio rides but iFit and NordicTrack excel in the outdoor ride experience. Also, I waited until Best Buy had them in stock. I had read that NordicTrack support (as well as Peleton) were slow on their customer service responses. I'm so glad I went with Best Buy. They setup the bike in my garage perfectly. They were professional and timely. I highly recommend!

Great bike to stay fit! Outdoor cycling is great, but sometimes life doesn't allow the time you need to get out and ride. This has been a great substitute and I'm glad I made the purchase. It would have been easy for me to knock this bike down a star or 2, because of a frustrating mechanical issue that caused the freewheel to malfunction, but then I realized shipping could easily knock any product out of place. Just prepare yourself cause you may have to get handy with the proper tools or wait for a repair tech. After the initial issue it has been a smooth ride with a few reasonable software glitches.

Bought this to keep active during cold or rainy days and it was great. The coaches are good but not as good as the Pelaton trainers. I love the fact that this bike changes incline and resistance based on the ride or instructor though. Would definitely recommend this bike.

It was well packed, and I found a good strategy for unboxing was to cut the bottom off the box and lift the box off the bike after standing back up. They used lots of packing tape so some care not to damage the products is in order. Not a big issue. It's heavy - no joke. I sought help sporadically and managed to assemble it in about a half hour after getting all the parts free form the styrofoam. moved it inside and we are ready to go. Seems solidly built. Too new to opine on the quality of the iFit content, except to say there appear to be a lot of options. New pedals are coming in a few days and a few family members will need shoes...other than that we are excited to start riding.

Easy to install. Helps if there is two people. Minimal struggle if only one person. It is quite heavy. So be ready. But the iFit is awesome. I’ve loved every workout.

This bike is great for the entire family. The technology is very cool, the screen is large. The seat can be uncomfortable, but that's typical and it can be changed.

Good bike. Love the incline. Ifit come was many. And I mean many classes to take. I read a few reviews about turning it off after each workout or when you’re done for the day. If you leave it on for an extended time the screen glitches. I started to turn it off after every work out.

Has some features that Peloton doesn’t, like auto incline/decline, monitor that swivels, and can be used without paying a monthly membership. 1st year of IFit membership is included. Compared to the Peloton, picture quality Is not at the same level of high definition and music selection is not exactly the kind that motivates, but you can always blast your favorite tunes from another source. Overall, a well built stationary bike that gives you a great workout!

Definitely a great value. We thought about the Peleton, but this one has great classes, ease of use and much more economical. Worth changing the seat out if you purchase.
