Customers are impressed with the Commercial S22i Studio Cycle's easy assembly, workout variety, incline feature, and quiet operation. They appreciate the automatic resistance and incline/decline features, as well as the iFit program. However, some customers find the seat uncomfortable and the bike to be wobbly. Great bike and good threshold delivery experience even during the pandemic. Easy enough to put together. It took about an hour to assemble and set up iFit. No issues with the bike, but I added a gel seat pad for comfort. I'm happy with the variety in iFit programs and rides, and the recent addition of live classes. Best investment for my health and well being during the stay at home orders and beyond. No regrets in making this purchase!

Solid Machine, runs silent. Good delivery, no issue with packaging. Easy assembly for 1 person. I-fit subscription that comes with it works well and is of good value.

Best exercise bike for the money

After researching exercise bikes and deciding between the Nordic track or Peleton we decided the Nordic track was the best option at the best price. The bike has more features and the first year of free classes was a added bonus. Both bikes are excellent quality but the Nordic offered more. I was surprised Best Buy sold excellent workout equipment so it was a extra bonus being a Best Buy rewards member.

I had a chance to workout on the other brand “P” and I decided to purchase Nordicktrack because it was more affordable. And all what I say is that was the best decision I’ve ever made. The bike has an excellent quality, the classes are fun and great and I also love the diferencial about increasing or decreasing the exercise itself, if you are not sure about getting or not, give it a chance. You won’t regret!!!!

Nice that this comes with a year of classes included, solid quality, can be assembled by yourself with some mild difficulty or with 2 people for ease. Programming is nice and ever evolving. Works as you would hope.

This bike is amazing. I was a little leery about it being 'commercial' and therefore bulky and more bike than what I needed. Definitely not the case. It is very user friendly and has a lot of adjustment settings (and is easy to adjust). I haven't used many of the workouts yet as I'm recovering from surgery but I'm looking forward to doing so. The only drawback to this bike is that the seat is NOT comfortable, at all. I ended up buying a replacement seat for it.

This is not a cheap purchase. For something so expensive you hope it is well worth it. My wife and daughters use this 2 to 3 times a day. From live rides to spinning classes to yoga. It has been well worth it. Assembly was easy and the product has paid for itself many times over since no gyms are open at this covid time. Awesome produce.

I used to drive to the gym for a spin class but with so many concerns regarding cleanliness and safety due to Covid I decided to add the Nordictrack to my home, and I couldn't be happier. The delivery took a few weeks since the product was in backorder, when it arrived my husband and I had to install it (there was no set-up or installation due to the current safety situation), we were able to set it up and install in about an hour. Everything is great and works perfect! I got the Ifit membership for a year with the purchase. The only thing I'm still trying to figure out is how to have music while on the studio classes. I read there's a cable I'll need to get to connect bluetooth and have my phone play on the bike but it would've been so much easier to be able to play the bike's music while also playing any of the classes. I know is something it can be done (using the cable) but from now I'm just using my phone on the side playing music while I do my class. It's definitely much more comfortable to have the bike at home, I don't have to think if someone else used it and didn't clean it properly and I can use it any time day or night!

Overall good product. Only reason for 4 stars is that it does shake slightly if you are not a smooth pedaler - not significant so doesn't affect performance. In addition, it should have an on/off switch instead of requiring it to be unplugged.

You won't regret buying it, definitely worth the money. Comes with 1 year ifit subscription with great workouts. Really like how your workouts adjust the levels by itself without u having to do it yourself. Seat might be uncomfortable at first but it's just a matter of getting used to it as you keep working out every day.

    Customer Servie

Nordictrack builds a nice bike, but there where it STOPS. Customer service hold times are ridiculous ranging from 90 minutes to two hours. IFIT is not different, Customer wait times exceeded two hours. Now for the trainers, they are great but IFIT programs & customer service do not rate 1 star. Now for the Bike the S22i, they may have rushed to get this out to compete with Peloton, so they forgot a few things, #1 as simple as, it does not have an on & off button for the 22" screen, you have to unplug it from the wall outlet & it does not have a screen saver. It does not have Bluetooth capability, how are you supposed to jump off your bike to follow a trainer to do exercises if your tied to the bike with a headphone wire????? Bluetooth capabilities for heart monitor other than IFIT. I like my heart monitor on my wrist, but IFIT does not support anything else other than IFIT. It's obvious IFIT is the wrong fit for anyone, including NordicTrac.

The cycle is great but the IFit app is awful

I've owned this cycle for about three weeks now and completed about 25 map based workouts on it. The unit itself is great - well made, solid and very adjustable. HOWEVER, the iFit app (the video screen service) is terrible. I have full wifi signal strength to the unit (it's about 8 feet from my access point). However, when riding a map-based workout, where it uses google street view to display images of where you are on your route, the unit is almost unusable. It will display an image or two, then hang on the same image for a minute or two, then starts updating the images again. However, a few images later, it hangs again. One main reason I bought this unit was for this feature. From some research on the web, this seems to be a very common problem. Getting a hold of iFit support is almost impossible.

The bike is build well and the workout experience is great. Monthly membership fees are unfortunate, and I wish there was a Bluetooth connection to a headset and a way to power the device off from the screen instead of a physical switch.

I was back and forth like everyone between peloton and Nordictrack. So happy we went with this! Awesome classes and mountain biking options. I love that depending on my mood, I can have either option. We’ve only had it two weeks so I can’t speak to longevity yet, but so far so good! PS- there is an on/off button... not sure why that frequently appears as a bad review.

Good bike & great fitness programs. I’d like to see the bike seating support be a little sturdier and definitely more comfortable. There is a wide variety of live and recorded fitness programs available.
