Bought for my wife at then of Dec 2020. I have also been using it. I have not set up the I fit free trial yet. I like it so far. The only complaint is that it is a little heavy for wife to move from its stored position to its usable position- but the weight of the unit is what makes it stable. Assembly was easy!

The rower is great. Provides excellent full body workout. I've used concept 2 frequently in the gym before they closed. This is an awesome replacement for the home gym. It has both air resistance and magnetic resistance allowing it to get pretty challenging if desired. The ifit app automatically adjusts the magnetic resistance in real time when you follow along with their video workouts. It's a cool feature that works well. The ifit membership is an additional monthly cost but its completely optional. The rower has workouts built in but they are not video based like the ifit app. Overall the quality is good. There are inconsistencies in the quality control at nordic track which is clear from reviews as well. Sometimes the monitors dont work, components rattle, parts break. Support is helpful but parts are hard to find right now due to the pandemic and supply chain issues. At other times its probably easier to get repairs. I would recommend an extended warranty just in case something happens beyond the 2 years included. Overall I highly recommend the rower. It's fun to use, plenty of range in adjustment and difficulty, has smooth pulls and provides a great full body workout along with integration with an expansive app.

This is a great rower - I have it in my bedroom, it folds up into a corner and is easy to roll out and use, very simple. It is quiet so I can watch TV while I row. I just use the simplest screen - distance, time, watts etc, so it is fine. I didn't want to pay for a "Peloton" style training screen, and this is perfect for that. I bought it without the workout subscription, which I don't need, and was glad not to spend the money. Really well made. I weigh 250 lbs and it is fine, hopefully it helps me lose some weight!

Delivery was easy, assembly was simple, and it folds and stores easily. I did have to Google an initial issue with the console not activating, but it was a simple instruction that wasn't found in the set-up materials. I've used it a few times in the short time that I've had it, and I'm happy with the purchase.

After trying it out, I can see why this is designed for home comparted to the Concept 2 and others, this focus more on space saving and also I don't have a coach and I am not a fitness expert who knows a workout routine, this is where the iFit integration comes in and guide you thru a workout. I can see other rowers like the Concept 2 being better fit for a gym, but for home, I believe this is a better choice.

Very good rower. Not a lot of bells and whistles but well built and fairly easy to set up (they give you video instructions). If you just want a workout and are not looking for flare, this is the one. Great quality rower

... if you're willing to pay. It's stable, has plenty of features (albeit SUPER basic without iFit) and collapses to a decent size. All the reviews saying "there isn't enough resistance" obviously don't know how to use it. There are two "options": wind resistance (which is really weak) and magnetic resistance, which at the strongest setting is like trying to pull the Titanic through sand. Keep in mind the magnetic part only works when it's plugged in. Build quality is acceptable, assembly was easy even though I kept getting distracted. The only reason this got 4 out of 5 stars is simply because the ledge to hold the tab/phone/screen is way too small for new age devices. My Tab S5e with keyboard case doesn't fit unless I take the keyboard off, and then it has a tendency to move on the hard pushes. If there was a way I could purchase a standard screen to swap out the boring one, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I have been pleased with this purchase. Enjoy working out on the machine. Appears to be of decent quality for the cost of the machine. Rather easy to use.. I don’t use the interactive / electronic workouts.

This row machine provides a great cardio and strength workout. Professional grade, durable, flexible, (it can stand up), many programs to push my fitness without having to sign up for iFIT, and stylish! The installation team were professional, friendly, highly competent, and gave me a great demo when they were finished. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I love the rower, it's sturdiness, and it's smooth functioning. However, the written instructions are horrible and completely lacking in thoroughness causing us to spend the better part of two days getting the digital screen to function without subscribing to the monthly fitness program. Shame on NordicTrack for creating this difficulty, all in an attempt to market more product. How about giving the consumer a fully functioning machine right out of the box. That is, of course, what we paid for. Could have "easily" been an enthusiastic five-star review otherwise.

Rower is very smooth and folds up nicely to save space. The maximum resistance is lower than other rowers I have used.

So far worth the money, sturdy, the feet don't move which is a down side as your legs don't get a workout like most do. That's disappointing to me.. I would exchange it if it wasn't such a hassle

It folds up nicely but is cumbersome as the latch the is supposed to keep it folded comes undone when you move it and it slams into my hard wood floors. It stays still pretty compact but it's clunky to move, Also the app sucks. It needs a lot of work and much more variety.

So happy I purchased this rower. The price it affordable and it's easy to use. I love how it folds to store. I don't have to worry about it taking up to much room, or it falling over.

Perfect for an in home workout with the ability to store it out of view. I have had no issues with this piece of equipment. And it provides a great workout.

Very easy to use, it is a little difficult as far as the resistance goes especially for a beginner but overall I’m very pleased

The magnet inside the rower scraped against the spinning wheel every time it spun around when I bought it. I had to take it apart to fix this (this required buying a crank puller tool which I didn't have). Looking at other reviews I see that this is an issue with this model in general. Taking it apart also left me thinking that the "watts" display is basically just a guess. I don't see the only sensor I saw when I took it apart measures how fast the wheel is turning, but I don't see how it can know what resistance level the air resistance is set to and without this it can't calculate the watts (adjusting the magnet so it wouldn't scrape also let me to conclude that it can't know how far that is from the metal and thus can't know how much resistance its providing). If you can fix the scraping and don't care about an accurate watt measurement it does glide smoothly, provide enough resistance and fold up fairly small. Just seems like those two things are pretty bad.

Very happy with the quality and ease of use so far. Would be nice to have more options to connect to other than the iFit app but otherwise no complaints.

This was shipped quickly and was easy to put together. This thing provides a very good workout. I could not ask for more. Great workout for the price.
