Does not compare to Concept2 AND defective OOB
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I placed an order for this rower around noon on Thursday 11 June, and got it by 8 AM the next morning - so AWESOME service Best Buy. That was great. I got the rower out of the box and set it up per instructions, and after doing a few test pulls I noticed a few things: 1. The flywheel is defective. Something inside is rubbing against another component - it sounds like the right side of the wheel is bent out of shape/defective. 2. Even with the air resistance at 10, with a magnetic resistance of 20... This machine feels very weak. I may have had a different opinion if I was actually able to row more than a few strokes and could complete a full workout, but really it doesn't seem to compare to the Concept2 out of the box. The kicker is that after spending the next four days trying to get a hold of NordicTrack/iFit to have them troubleshoot the rower with me, a customer service rep finally told me that the part I need to replace is out of stock with no replenishment date in sight. So my options were to either wait indefinitely while my warranties/service contracts were running out, or to return it to where I ordered it from... so it looks like I will be returning this to Best Buy later this week and honestly, I may not order NordicTrack equipment again (the customer service is a nightmare to pin down).

Rowing machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A budget machine in every sense with few features to get excited about, It's quite a sturdy machine that should last longer than most machines for the cost, it's quieter that could still get your heart rate up and help get you fit.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this on sale as surprise gift for my husband, due to gym closed during pandemic. Haven’t fully adjusted.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s times of Covid, and we are stranded indoors. At my primary home I have a small gym with a stairmaster and stationary bicycle. The latter is my primo device, being 72 and with spinal issues. In my beach home with my club gym closed, I needed a personal device and selected a rowing machine. So far it’s OK. Easy to assemble, reasonably priced, compact, but not entirely user friendly. The screen is too small for senior eyes and not self explanatory. Yes, there are 20+ programs, but no insight into how one might discover a suitable one. The ‘Infit’ free program doesn’t appear to offer rowing programs, and certainly not on the minny screen. The device doesn’t provide as much strength training for my lower extremities as I anticipated, or in comparison to my trusty stationary bicycle. I’ve tried some adjustments, but nothing has yet clicked. I remain optimistic and will seek modifications that may prove satisfactory. Glad to have it and hope it meets up to my optimism. PA

Quality Rower That Can Tuck Away
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a legit rower. The programs are ok, but I just row and change the resistance which works for me. It's great because you can fold it up if you have a smaller space.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't like having to create an account with iFit before it would work, but other than that the rower is easily setup and easy to use

Not high tech but does the job. Sturdy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not high tech but does the job. Sturdy equipment for daily use. I'd purchase again instead of some of the over priced high tech rowers on market.

Works like a dream
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only drawback of this equipment is the IFit which you can choose not to use. This machine runs like a dream and feels sturdy enough to last years.
