Great price. Quiet. Ease of use. Affords good all around work out

In excitement I received my new rower only to have it be short lived. After an hour of unboxing and putting it together the rower started up for a few minutes before shutting down - never to start again. After five hours on hold with BestBuy and NordicTrack only to be told there is nothing either company would do to send me a new piece of equipment, I’ve decided to not shop at either store again. Terrible service after so much time spent on hold, multiple disconnects, speaking with supervisors only to return void and ultimately with a piece of brand new equipment that won’t work. Ultimately Bestbuy scheduled a time to pickup the broken piece of junk without any replacement. The search continues without Bestbuy or NordicTrack as options.

Easy to set up, easy to use. The iFit connectivity is fantastic.

This row machine will not display anything but HELLO. The features we wanted and paid extra for are not there. NordicTrack will not answer their customer service line and wants me to pay $5 when I go to the online service. Want my $$ back! Wanda

A budget machine in every sense with few features to get excited about, It's quite a sturdy machine that should last longer than most machines for the cost, it's quieter that could still get your heart rate up and help get you fit.

I'm just getting back to working out since the pandemic. So pleased with my rower. I can go fast or I can workout at whatever my pace may be. Excellent piece of equipment. Easy to use.

I got this on sale as surprise gift for my husband, due to gym closed during pandemic. It is worth! Definitely recommend to anyone to try it and especially it is saved space! So easy to assemble and set it up.

It's a legit rower. The programs are ok, but I just row and change the resistance which works for me. It's great because you can fold it up if you have a smaller space.

It’s times of Covid, and we are stranded indoors. At my primary home I have a small gym with a stairmaster and stationary bicycle. The latter is my primo device, being 72 and with spinal issues. In my beach home with my club gym closed, I needed a personal device and selected a rowing machine. So far it’s OK. Easy to assemble, reasonably priced, compact, but not entirely user friendly. The screen is too small for senior eyes and not self explanatory. Yes, there are 20+ programs, but no insight into how one might discover a suitable one. The ‘Infit’ free program doesn’t appear to offer rowing programs, and certainly not on the minny screen. The device doesn’t provide as much strength training for my lower extremities as I anticipated, or in comparison to my trusty stationary bicycle. I’ve tried some adjustments, but nothing has yet clicked. I remain optimistic and will seek modifications that may prove satisfactory. Glad to have it and hope it meets up to my optimism. PA

Didn't like having to create an account with iFit before it would work, but other than that the rower is easily setup and easy to use

High quality rower. Great customer service. The Best Buy Geek Squad delivered and installed the rower in our home with professionalism, friendliness and adhered to COIVID precautions.

Not high tech but does the job. Sturdy equipment for daily use. I'd purchase again instead of some of the over priced high tech rowers on market.

I'm a beginner at this and the free trial helped me with initial movements. This product is easy to set up, can be placed in a corner when not in use.

Good resistance and comfortable to ride. The screen is bright and easy to use. The fold-up option is also easy to engage and very nice t be able to store away if needed.

1990’s software is sure to irritate you every time you try to use it. Trying to copy competitors business model when they should be focusing on user experience. Seriously have not gotten going in under 5 minutes yes. No heart rate? I had that in the 90’s too. Oh and don’t miss that Best Buy only gives you a month of iFit unlike the factory.

Very nice. Easy to assemble and use. Ifit is nice but rowing while watching TV works great too.

The only drawback of this equipment is the IFit which you can choose not to use. This machine runs like a dream and feels sturdy enough to last years.

The fact that this folds in half to save space is dope. Easy to function and set up.
