Fraud
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THIS was Fraud! Fraudulent charges were made on my credit card, which is through BEST BUY's CITI Bank and after fraud was committed. Best Buy and Citi bank did not want to return the funds back to my account. The criminals that purchased this gift card made a purchase on my credit card and Citi bank found me responsible. Never purchased gift cards before through Best Buy or Citi Bank, EVER! They have a history of my account in the last 20 years. Yet they both were unprofessional about the situation! Shameful! Will never recommend either company. I would go elsewhere! THEY did not take care of their customer!
