So there are 3 use cases that this card can easily fulfill. One would be if you need a great upgrade from a 20xx series or even lower class 30xx series NVIDIA gpu. That makes this card an easy no brainer. It’s very easy on power usage so there are better chances you can just drop this card into your current setup and be good. Another use case would be you always wanted to have a faster gpu than a 3080 class card but maybe you wanted to give it some time and not spend so much cash at the time. Now is the chance to get 3090 class performance with much lower power consumption and way better temperatures. And the last case is if you are building a new setup to run 1440p games at great settings without breaking your bank. This card at $599 is a great option for that. Plus it saves you cash now that you can put away for a future upgrade on a gpu later down the line. The 4070 Super is a very strong card without tossing you into $900+ territory for good performance. With extra features in software that the 40 series cards gets, such as frame gen, and better dlss (this can drastically improve fps). I would say this one fits the bill in both performance for what it offers and cash price.

For the 600$ price tag, the Nvidia RTX4070 Super FE is an amazing mid to high level Graphics Card that crushes 1440p and even performs well up to 4k. The Founder’s Edition card has unique aesthetics that fit nicely with my PC build and the cooling and fan noise are both excellent. You will not find a better performing card for ray-tracing and high level gaming applications for the price. Would buy again.

The GPU itself is sleek and well-designed. The box is very extra, but that’s part of the fun. The thing I am most surprised by is how quiet it is. I can barely hear the fans spinning most of the time. 1440p raster quality is excellent. It’s typically well above 60FPS at the highest settings. I paid the Nvidia tax over going with a 7800 or 7900 XT for ray tracing and DLSS, and while it can do ray tracing, there will be some compromises. For example, I get 40-50 FPS in certain areas of Alan Wake II with ray tracing on and path tracing set to low, which was to be expected. I’d recommend watching Digital Foundry’s optimization videos to get the best performance out of the card. $600 is still way too much for this card. It fit into my budget for a new PC build and I’m happy with the decision for now. I do worry that 12GB of vram won’t be enough in the future, but for now, that hasn’t caused any issues at 1440p with ray tracing on.

This graphics card runs extermely cool and quiet. Going from a 2070 super founders edition (which runs loud) to this is an awesome upgrade. Best value for performance as good if not better than a 3080 and a much lower power consumption.

I upgraded from the 3070ti to the 4070 Super FE and couldnt be more pleased with the performance spike. I went in not expecting very much, maybe just more stable frames at 144Hz, but I was shocked to find out that I'm now consistently pushing over 200fps+ in games like Apex Legends. I'm now in search of a 240Hz 1440p monitor! If you're in the market for a new gpu that will compliment your 1440p monitor, then I would highly recommend this card becuase it draws less power, its quiet, its compact, and still very powerful. Only negative I can think of is the 12gbs of VRAM vs 16gbs like the 4080 Super. Thats more of a future proof thing and I dont think it will be an issue for many more years to come anyway. PC Specs: i9-9900K 4070 Super 32GB DDR4 RAM
[Employee of bestbuy] Used my Plus membership to test this bad boy out for a little longer, and can say this is an exceptionally powerful gpu for the price. I can play AAA games at max settings, and ultrawide 1440p and get a consistent 120+fps! I have not tried a game with DLSS 3.0 support yet but I can bet that those games run like beasts on this card! The one issue with the card is the noise, as I have heard blower cards can be a little louder, or atleast the Founder’s Edition cards, but I think it’s a fair trade off for the performance!

Great GPU, the card is way quieter than I expected. The all black color looks very good. On high settings you can get like 90 fps, if that isn't enough you can always enable DLSS. Would have been better if it was $50-$100 less. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is looking for a GPU in the $600 range.

The raster is good, DLSS and ray traving work well, and frame gen is a neat trick - but the total feature set of an RTX card makes it well worth the purchase. Sure the 7800 XT can keep up in some respects, but Broadcast, shadow play, and the overall feature set really make this the best platform to game with friends on. Should still probably be $500, but inflation has hit everything in recent years.

I purchased this to replace a 3060ti. This card is so much better. Ive been able to play all my games on max settings at 1440p and 144fps. It is well worth the price for the upgrade I got. I had also upgraged my CPU and installed a NVMe drive as well. DLSS 3.0 made a big difference with AI enabled.

Runs quietly, will be able to handle 99.9% of games at 1440p and the majority of games at 4k, all while requiring only one power cable to the card and using very little power. A worthy upgrade for those with a GPU a few generations old.

Got this on launch day, snd recieved it the next day. Double boxed and well packaged. The unboxing and product feel, felt like an apple product. The card replaces a janky 3070 zotac i was using until these cards came out. The FE is sleek, small and quiet. People may complain about the price and ram, but for my use case the efficiency and quietness is worth the cost.

Great value. It works smoothly, is easy on the power consumption, and has all the frame rates I need.

I replaced a 3080 with this 4070 Super. Slight undervolt with Afterburner software and it only uses 180 watts while getting better performance than my old 3080 that used 290 watts (undervolted). I use it mainly for iRacing at 5120x1440 on a 49 inch Sasmung. I also play some Starfield on my 32" 1440P monitor with no issues. Really nice with DLSS3 support. It’s a very beautiful card and small so can easily fit any PC. It practically being a two slot card is extremely useful for anyone with tight clearances. Runs everything I play on 1440P without issues never climbing above 70°C

Amazing card. Running 3440x1440p and getting 120 on max settings on most games. Couldn’t ask for more considering my budget and what I use it to do. I’ve had AMD and NVIDIA and DLSS blows FSR out of the water. Just general ease of use is worth it. No headaches or downgrading drivers. Love it

I purchased this card a few months ago and since then have had no issues and it’s run so smoothly. Coming from the 2070 super, the 4070 super has immensely improved gameplay and the founders edition looks so clean in any build.

Bought one a few months ago, driver installation was a bit buggy however it works. Great temps and runs both my productivity and gaming loads perfectly however I wished it was priced at 550-575
