Incredible game play and video experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a family hit. The lobby and interface make it extremely easy to download apps for game play and video experiences. This device has blown our minds. Wide variety of games. We have only scratched the surface with the amount of games available. Highly recommend. Bought the 128GB and I think it’s the right call. I don’t want to run out of storage with this amazing device.

A lot of fun
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the playstation vr and it is great but not mobil with all the wires, so I looked for something mobil and saw this and had seen that others thought it was a good purchase so I went for it and I am not disappointed at all. I have a room that has nothing in it and don't have to worry about hitting anything in there and it is a lot of fun. Graphics are great and feels like your really there.

This is a game changer!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve used many vr headsets including the original oculus, ps vr, and the vice, but this headset blows them all out of the water, although there is a lower resolution then the headsets I described above this headset is 10x easier to set up and is a joy to play the colors pop and their is plenty of good games to start out I do hope for a bigger selection of games, but I know this will come with time.

Simply Amazing
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, I wish I could give this thing 10 stars. All of the barriers to getting into vr are removed by the quest, the three Cs (cost, convenience, and complexity) are all addressed. Regarding cost, ok its still not exactly cheap at $400, but compared to other headsets that cost $600 - $1000 AND require an expensive gaming pc, it's considerably cheaper. For convenience, you can play it anywhere. No more being tied to a specific location, no mure wires to trip over. And for convenience, no more cameras to set up, no software to configure on a PC, no no pc period. Just put it on and start playing. I see a lot of comments about the graphics not being as good as pcvr, and while that's true, I'm a 57 year old guy who has been gaming since the early days of pc gaming. I remember the days of 320 x 200 rgb graphics at 12 fps, so this still looks pretty awesome to me. Seriously, unless you're a 19 year old graphics snob who has never seen anything less than 100 fps with photo realistic graphics the quest graphics will be just fine. Oh, and a little side benefit I wasn't expecting, it turns out this is an awesome little exercise device. I've put together a Quest based exercise routine for myself and made a new years resolution to "game" myself into better condition. Let me see you do THAT with a PC, Playstation, or Xbox!

Best VR headset money can buy
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally a completely wireless VR headset that's easy to use and has great games! My PSVR is now collecting dust thanks to the Oculus quest. The movement tracking and controllers are top notch on this device and the freedom to move without feeling a wire tugging on the back of your head is amazing. I highly recommend the Oculus quest for all VR enthusiasts and VR beginners.

Great vr system
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The quest is fantastic. I was worried that the graphics would suffer on a stand alone vr headset but the quest actually looks really good. I haven’t used the rift s but compared to the rift the quest is better. Plus no wires to tangle up in and no cameras to set up. The built in cameras for tracking work really well. If you’re looking to get into vr. This is the way to go.

VR without the cord
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son was begging for a VR system for the house (really for him). Once the quest was around for a while, I conceded the argument. Clearly this is the real deal. Games and graphics are awesome. Two minor issues. The batteries included with the controllers died within a week. I wish the app/store was integrated with something else (Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, etc.).

Better than the Rift
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got mine today. Setup of the Quest was far simpler than the Rift. I had it up and running in about 15 minutes including time to update it. It had about a 55% charge when I was setting it up. Visual quality to me was improved over the Rift as well with little to no “screen door” effect. Being able to do VR without that cable was quite a pleasure. I have just one quibble about the Quest right now. The amount of software available for it is quite small. No “Discover Space VR”?? If you don’t mind being an early adopter and waiting for other Oculus software to be ported to the Quest, then definitely get it now. If you want a vast assortment of available games now though, you may want to wait a while. Recommended with that caveat.

Awesome stand alone
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the Oculus Quest for my son two weeks ago and he loves it. Awesome stand alone unit. Very impressed with the quality and some of the games. The only draw back is 2 hour battery life. Have to purchase an auxiliary battery pack to extend the game play. It is a little front heavy but with a battery pack for a counterweight it balances out.

Fun Times
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Oculus Quest has provided my family countless hours of fun during the covid-shutdown and he VR aspect is something you just can't get from ordinary gaming systems. Keep in mind, the games themselves are made for VR and are a different experience, so don't expect it to be like playing your normal games in an enhanced way. You can also watch movies, youtube, etc. in your very own "BigScreen" theatre. It takes getting used to the weight, but you can counter balance it by adding a battery pack to the back and it will also extend your playing time, Enjoy!!!

Portable and wireless
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Biggest strength is portability. Next is being wireless. No need to lug your console or computer with you when you travel. Just pack and go. No wires mean nothing to tangle. Must play Vader Immortal on the Quest. If there is anything negative I can think of is probably not enough available games on this platform. They will come, I’m sure.

It's Amazing!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband and I are not "gamers" but we decided to try this out for some because we do love VR. We are beyond amazed at how beautiful and fun the games are the scenery, movies, etc...we haven't explored it extensively yet but we just love it. And....its super easy to use!!! Make sure you buy the top of the line with more GB's. It's worth the extra money!

Must have for gamers
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love my quest. Beat saber is my favorite game and playing it on a truly wireless VR system is so much fun. When you put this headset on it it’s like you really are in the game and so worth the money. Haven’t had any issues with my system, so I have nothing bad to say except for games, not too much of a selection yet, well variety.

New VR user. Lifelong customer.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had tried wired VR once before. This is an entirely new experience. Being able to walk around without wires makes VR something I’m actually interested in. I spent an hour and a half with this headset on and it felt like twenty minutes. I can’t recommend this headset enough. If you’re on the fence, do it. This is my new favorite piece of tech in my house.

So TOTALLY worth the $500
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the Occulus Quest for my daughter for Christmas with the hope that it would help her and by extension the rest of the family be more active. Mission accomplished! Not only is this thing totally immersive, allowing you to suspend reality for awhile, 30 minutes of Beat Saber will have you dripping sweat and challenging your friends and family. The puzzle games like SuperHot are unique, and honestly who doesn’t want to be a Jedi and take on Darth Vader. The graphics are next level and the response to your movements is seamless. The all-in-one aspect and the portability is really what sets this VR headset apart. Highly recommend purchasing a carry case for the unit. It makes storing and transporting the Quest a breeze. This unit has been a godsend during the COVID-19 crisis. We might not be able to leave the house, but with the Quest we can travel anywhere and really feel like you are there. It has definitely kept the anxiety level down, especially in my 11yr old. You won’t regret purchasing the Quest. Whether for fun , fitness, or plain old escapism, the Occulus Quest has something for everyone and it is only going to get better!

AMAZING!! JUST AMAZING!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device is simply amazing. Not only can you play plenty of games for 10-20 dollars, there is unlimited content you can view and experience for apps you may already have. YouTube/Netflix/HULU and you can browse online. What I love , you can take it with you! Be sure to pick up the specialty carrying case for $40 dollars- its TOTALLY worth it. I have shared my Oculus with my parents, children and friends. No need for a CPU or bothersome components to lay throughout the room. Have a 7ft x7ft area, turn it on and you'll be ready to go in moments. My son has a PS4 and he's drooling at the mouth that Dad picked up this handy dandy gadget. I strongly recommend this item. I would suggest placing the eyeglass spacer on the unit since you never know who might be using it. It does not inhibit the experience and it will ensure that you do not scratch the device. You'll have a line of people waiting to use it :)

Awesome
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Oculus Quest is amazing. You totally feel like you are there. If this is wait VR looks like at it's release, I can't wait for more software to come out. The whole family loves it. I am a Oculus Rift owner and being tied down to computer and wires was a disappointment. The setup of the sensors and such. This Quest has answered my wishes and more.

Amazing first run and wireless VR
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great intro to wireless VR. It's a little heavy and you can't wear it very long before it gets uncomfortable. You will definitely need to buy a third party cover for the part that goes against your face because the stock cover is rough and unable to be cleaned so it's not very sanitary or comfortable. I would also recommend getting a portable battery pack since the quest drains it's power quickly. I have the PSVR as well and it's more comfortable to wear and has a wider field of vision than the quest but it's excusable since the quest is so portable.

Innovative
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing piece of hardware well worth every penny. don’t have any issues with the performance, weight, or comfortability. Tracking in the controllers are really good. Heard there was an issue with batteries coming loose when swung too hard but that wasn’t an issue for me. Software keeps getting updates which makes the this device so much easier to use and is very simple to set up. Only problem I have is with the lack of enticing games on the quest store. Hopefully overtime there will be more/better games that are native to the quest
