Great gaming PC if you prefer a prebuilt.
This plays call of duty and warzone on 4k with max settings and framerates in the 150+++ range but often much higher. With DLSS I get above 250fps, usually close to 300fps.
To access the second ssd slot means you need to remove the GPU. You will need small hands to replace the factory SSD without moving the GPU.
The factory SSD is a western digital blue (economy ssd) which is fine for heavy gaming but may impact load times.
The fans are a bit loud but not absurd.
I would have loved a usbc port on the front.
The led display inside the rig is fun. You can put gifs and videos on it.
Great future proof rig.
I used the best buy credit card and opted for the special 0% financing deal, which I recommend to make it a more palatable big purchase.

An HP OMEN Computer with a Top-of-the Line GPU

Around 3 years ago, HP introduced the 45L model with a widely praised, patented radiator incorporated on the top of the chassis. It appears to keep the CPU and GPU cool during normal operation. The installed DDR5 ram is fan-cooled. My experience during the first month of ownership has been good as far as temperature is concerned. I took a star off the rating for the upgradability features. If you desire to upgrade the memory capacity from 64 GB to 128 GB, you need to buy four new DDR5 modules. The four memory modules that were included with the unit cannot be used any longer, except in another machine. If you plan to add one or two SATA drives, they are installed in the bottom of the chassis. Power cables are supplied for both drives, but only one SATA signal cable is included. There is only one open, normally-sized M2 SSD slot on the motherboard. An M2 SSD module installation requires removing the NVIDIA 5090 GPU. That requires removing 3 screws from the rear brackets on the left, and 6 screws from the right side frame. It requires tight quarter tools, which average owners may not have. Furthermore, reassembling the hardware, with an added M2 SSD drive, may interfere with the GPU seating with its connector. This can cause the computer to beep three times during bootup. Some youtubers blame this problem on the foam cushion below the M2 SSD drive. I recommend allowing the Geek Squad to perform this installation. The 5090 GPU is probably the best thing about this computer, as the 32 GB of GPU ram allows the machine to make better use of Python and Pytorch software.

Wanted to future-proof myself for a few years with a top of the line Intel/Nvidia prebuilt with windows pro from a name brand that has earned my trust. Owned it for almost 3 weeks, and it didn't disappoint. I put it through its paces and the results are great, happy with my choice. Also, it arrived 3 days earlier than the scheduled pick-up.

This runs anything and eats 4K for breakfast. This paired with Alienware 4K OLED 240hz monitor is a dream gaming computer.

So far it's been a great adventure with this machine which I am primarily using for AI. So far, there's minimal heat and noise emitted from it, which makes me super happy compared to my previous desktop.

Good PC, at this price should have more options.

Good pc, scores well. Would’ve preferred more RAM but the real reason it’s only 4 stars is there are zero expandable PCIe slots. Give me one, for goodness sake.
