Small hiccups during the install process. Otherwise very please and easy use. Was able to port my number in about 3 weeks

Signed up for Ooma, going from $50 a month or so phone bill to just about 4 bucks. Easy to set up....ported existing phone number from Vonage...perfection. Tired of always increasing phone bill for all the fees and paying for someone else's phone (taxes). Highly recommended!

Easy to set up, instructions are very simple. The base device is great, compared to Vonage - Ooma is a better quality device. Projected monthly cost is a big factor in choosing Ooma!!

The hardest choice in getting this item is the up front cost. I've only had it now for two weeks and it is getting the job done. I was a little worried about the fax but it still works. I do have cable so having a good internet connection probably helps.

We have been using our Ooma for a month now and are very happy. No more hight priced phone bills for a service that I can get for free. The premium features are great, but we opted for just the free basic features. Still provides everything we need and saves $30+ a month.

I did some research and read the reviews here. This product works as advertised. I had given up home phone service, but was worried about easy access to a phone in case of an emergency. This allows me to have it without the monthly bill from Comcast.

The is a great way to get away from the phone company expenses. Worked right out of the box.

I Looked at serveral other voice over IP systems this one has good reviews and you don't need it hooked to a PC. This reduced my monthly cable bill $35 you will still have about $5 in state taxes to pay every month. You can start using this phone system with a number you select online but if you want to keep your old number as I did its like $35 to have it ported over which takes 3 weeks then afterwards you can cancel your old phone service.

Phone calls are clear, the price is supreme and the transition from land line to Ooma was seamless.

This voip phone is great addition to our second line phone. No monthly bill excep taxes around $4.00 a month.

I was really excited to get rid of my home phone, only to be bummed out that my ooma has NEVER allowed me to make an outgoing call or receive an incoming call to my house because my Internet is not fast enough.

The Ooma Telo is a complete phone system with an answering machine and many other features. It works with your existing phone or you can purchase their handset. I had previously purchased a magic jack but it didn't work in my area but the Ooma Telo works perfectly fine. No more phone bills.... Yaaaaay!

Very easy to use. Able to set it up in few minutes. The voice quality is great. Definitely a good option to save money and ideal to have a secondary line.

Great features. No need to have computer on like most VOIP units. It has voicemail and also acts as a answering maschine as well. Price is only taxes which is about average of 2 to 3 dollars

What took me so long? Wish I had known about it earlier.

Cheaper than something else all you have to pay for is the taxes and fees the government charges. Have had vonage this is a much better deal and doesn't cost those large monthly fees.

Can take up to 6 weeks to port number for $40. Some festures you want come at extra charge ie name on caller d $10 a month.
