Good for the price, but needs a better zoom and throw distance.

We've used this several times for an outdoor movie night & it has performed wonderfully! The only thing I'm still trying to work out is the audio. We hook up two bluetooth speakers with an audio splitter cable. I wish it was already bluetooth enabled so I did not have to hard wire the speakers.

Picture quality is superb. Very easy to set up. Purchased on sale and can't believe the bargain. Worth twice what I paid.

Love this, would buy again for all my rooms! Optoma makes really good projectors.

Got this projector at 50% off. Was looking to get a new one that was brighter then my smart projector. Although this is not smart, just remember you only need one thing smart. My dvd player. Thats ware the savings come in. Put up a 20x12 white tarp in my back yard and it was amazing. Very bright and picture was sharp.

This was the second one I owned, first was taken out by power surge, this one started giving me black lines on the screen after 7 months. It worked great up till then and was very happy with it. Too bad it failed. Took it back and got an Epson!! Thanks Geek Squad!

I am using this projector on my off white wall and it looks great. It's a great update from my 2008 model Optoma. My biggest issue is that the screen at standard size was too big for my wall so I had to zoom in.

I bought this projector 5 years ago and still running beautifully. Must say I only use it once or twice a week for movie nights.

I owned an HD70 for years and years. The bulb never burned out even though used for over 200 hours. I just had to upgrade to higher resolution. It is great!

This projector is very crisp and sufficiently bright to see in a conference room with many windows. The mounting pattern was a little tricky to use for ceiling mount, but it proved to be adequate. The controls are easy to use and the result is very good for HD computer monitor projection.

I’ve had it for 4 years. Still working great. I’ve used it inside and out. Highly recommend

Great picture, my only complaint is that the sound goes completely out at times and got have to power down the projector and power it back on to get it to work.

Had an hd70 (720p) for over 8 years. Never broke, just wanted 1080p quality more.
