Broken Timer-13 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Timer broke after 13 months. Warranty is for 1 year. Oster would not stand by their product even 30 days after the warranty. I would have hoped that such a large company would warranty the product. I have since found many people online reporting problems with the timer where it does not stop at "0" but continues to the point where it stays on. Literally, the oven stays on when you think it is off. It's not that I don't recommend the specific product but sheesh the company should investigate why so many people have problems with the timer breaking.

Doesn't cook anything correctly

Horrible, can't broil a burger, either under cooks or burns toast. Trying baking something and it either burns to crisp or is raw. Will not be buying the same thing.

The toaster ovens usually cook very consistency which is the opposite experience you've had. Less than one year old, door malfunction

I could live with that, but now I went to use it the other day and the door will not open fully, it is somehow jammed or stuck and I don't know how to get it open, so I can't use it at all. I've been very careful with it and nothing is happened to it, so I'm not sure why the door is malfunctioning.

Fire Hazard, avoid due to safety issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Warning, this is a fire hazard. This unit had a spring-loaded on-off dial. This dial breaks and snaps into the "stay on" position. Our unit’s on off dial no longer holds tension to stay off and we have to unplug it to turn it off as there is no way to keep it off. This is a serious safety hazard that I want folks to be warned. Please note they are trying to unload this units at a cheap cost. This is not right and the manufacture needs to pulls these units. I want to get the warning out as no one took the time to warn us. Do not buy this and maybe even consider finding a unit that securely has an on off and is not reliant on a spring to hold it in off. Please be safe and stay away from this fire hazard waiting to happen.Good Luck but keep researching other ovens.
