General performance review: I have always preferred Otterbox defender cases for my iPhones. In my experience, they have given my phones the necessary protection from drops. So far, this case has protected my phone from multiple drops onto several different floor types. It was shaped a little differently than my previous case which meant that I could not mix and match the shell with it. You can tell it is originally meant for the X and Xs, but reasonably it fits pretty nicely on my iPhone 11 Pro. I was happy with the cost because it was on sale. I usually go for the blue color!

I haven't had an OtterBox case in a few years because they were too bulky but this is a solid case. This case doesn't feel as bulky but still gives me the protection I am looking for.

I have den using the case for 3 weeks now and has dropped my phone at work many time with no scratch’s or dents.. I like the rubber edges makes holding on to the phone easy...

I love this case. Great hardy case and feels good in the hand. A little bulky, but I love the protection it provides. I have this 4 stars because the phone is sometimes difficult to get in and out of the case. All around great though! I highly recommend!

Got this phone case for my new phone and I love it. Otter box does a great job of protecting your phone but also has a warranty which is great for just in case situations.

Can't go wrong with an Otterbox. I chronically find myself dropping my phone, but with this you can't even tell. Keeps my devise safe, and love the clean black look. Not terribly clunky either - which I find Otterbox's to be a bit bulkier by design.

Many people always questions which is a good protective case. Otter box are expensive but so worth it protect my phone. It might be a bit bulky but it does protect.

Great investment for your new phone. Holds up great, keeps phone from cracking if dropped. Also like the belt clip that comes with this. Great purchase.

Me and my family use nothing but otterbox cases for all of our cellular devices. Unbelievably strong and durable. I’ve found no reason to buy anything else and with a lifetime warranty why should I. If you haven’t purchased one of these cases yet do it today. You won’t regret it. I use the defender series case which offers the best protection money can buy. They also come in various styles, colors and various levels of protection to fit anyones needs. Very happy with otterbox! Long time user.

It fits my iPhone 11 Pro perfectly, and is easy to install. The design has improved immensely since I had one for an iPhone 6S.

Works well. I like the belt clip. The phone was dropped a couple of times. No damage so far.

I went from Otter to a Pelican. I loved Pelican however after a tiny drop the back of the phone cracked inside the Pelican case. After I did some research i realized this case has ALL the necessary things to keep you phone safe inside. It has raised edges around the screen to keep from scratching the screen. Soft rubber casing over a hard play case to absorb from drops. Inside the case and across the back it has a soft padding inside to help aid in absorption from handling and or dropping. Overall it’s a strong and sturdy case. Nothing to worry over here.

The otter box case is very protective, a bit bulky but when you are protecting a $1000+ iPhone I would rather have a better layer of protection

I don't know how to recommend Otterbox enough, I once dropped one 200ft off a coaster at Six Flags and when I got it back it was without a scratch. I throw this case around to show people how well these things protect my phone 10/10 will continue to buy. On a side note despite how thick this case is it does with wireless chargers.

Put these cases on kids phones and haven't had any issues with damage or breakage since. Great product, a little bulky

I don’t love this product but for my phone 11 that was all that was available at Best Buy. It is great on protection but it is heavy and bulky. It is also black making it hard to find in my bag. The buttons are also so difficult to use because of the case. It is just too expensive to not use.
