A heavy duty phone case that is virtually indestructible would definitely buy again

Positive: 1) Great protection - I've used Otterbox for all my previous phones. Much better than some of the prior Otterbox covers which have a soft corner for the Pen. Kids are great at catching the one place to break a screen. 2) Good size - fits the phone perfectly and fairly thin for a very protective case. 3) Nice grip - not slickery like some prior cases, better grips on sides and top. 4) Charging - no issue with the case and magnetic chargers. Negative: 1) $$$ - more expensive than it should be. Otterbox has some specials online but needed a new case quick. BB does price match but may need to wait for prices to drop. 2) Not light - it's lighter than prior cases but has some weight which is most notable when using a pocket. The weight does not impact everyday use. On the positive, lifting more weight helps with hand and muscle strength. Use it or lose it... :) Would definitely purchase it again, but curious how the Defender Series Pro XT would compare.

As I get older, some things don't work as well. One of those is my grip. Opening jarsbis one issue, but maintaining the grip on my cell phone became another. I started to drop my phone. The gripping surface of my phone case was wearing off. The case was a 'name brand'. After two years, it was essentially worn off. Unable to get my phone properly fixed from its last drop, I got a new one. This time I returned to a case that always protected my phone investment. Otter. Its design and construction looks to be long lasting. The gripping surface feels great and my fingers don't slip around on it. I don't think the material will wear off before my phone is paid for. A quality product.

The multiple pieces provide a good structural frame before the rubber outer bounce protection. The phone is still comfortable to put in pockets or hold.

it is a really nice case they did not have the color I wanted so I use fingernail polish to change the case color. I have dropped my phone several times and it di not cause any problems. it is really compact case and does what it is suppose to do, protect. however it is very expensive for my taste that is why I gave it four stars.

I always go to Otterbox to protect my phone. I work construction and put my phone through a lot. When I take the Otterbox cover off to clean everything, the phone is like brand new.

Works great. Protects my phone and it's screen. I have dropped my phone out of my shirt pocket once aleady and no damage to the phone or it's screen. The previous one I had didn't protect my screen. So I had to replace it and my sceen.

recently upgraded my husbands Samsung phone, always use OtterBox, great product, very durable and rugged and not too big!

I am a big fan of Otterbox, and continue to be an advocate of their products. The cover is rugged, a little heavy, but well worth it.

5th OtterBox Defender Pro case. Rubber outer case will outlast the phone
