Good protection without being excessively bulky. There are thinner cases available, but this one suits our needs well, balancing size and protection. It’s taken several drops already and served its purpose. Also has wireless charging and can magnetically attach to a mount in the car, great convenience!

It’s a really great case you feel completely safe if you accidentally put a little water on it or drop it it bounces in your confident you won’t have to go back to the store and buy a new phone

I absolutely love this case! It is a little bulky, but it is super protective. I already dropped my phone and it looks perfect. I love I can still see the desert finish. I see reviews mebtioning the side being opened that has not bothered me one bit. I sometimes have my hand on the camera control button, but doesnt open the camera. The sides are super grippy which is amazing. I purchased other cases and i always came back to this one. I am so glad i went with this. I went with the black and it looks incredible with my lovehandle grip. Only downfall is the smudges, but a good microfiber cloth clears then right up.

You cant go wrong with an Otter Box case! They are some of the best.

Big fan of Otterbox since the iPhone 6. Had a Defender XT for my 14 PM and loved it. Removed it from the case a couple days ago and still looks brand new. Figured I's stick with them for my 16 PM and was greatly disappointed. To accommodate the new camera button, they just took a chunk out of the side of the case. This leaves part of the phone completely vulnerable and open to scratches/dings/etc. Figured they would've come up with a better way to resolve this. Even some of the cheaper cases have a thin piece of plastic that's slightly beveled so you can use the button while still offering some protection to the case. Not sure if this was just them rushing a product out to market just for revenue but this is a really poor solution here.

Case does its job. Havent dropped it yet to test it, Internal magnets do come off amd this is within a week of having it………

Decent case overall. I chose this case for my new iPhone Pro Max because it offered the clip holster accessory that I like to use. For my previous iPhones I had always purchased the 3 piece OtterBox Defender case with the top and bottom plastic covers and the full rubber exterior encasing. The gripe with those was that the rubber encasing would swell with time and start peeling away from the plastic case. This version of the Defender case is only a 2 piece, with the main piece being the backing and a much smaller and thinner top piece being the top bezel that secures the phone within the case. Overall I like this case more. It’s thinner, sleeker and much less bulkier than the 3-piece style and does not have a separate rubber exterior. With the perimeter of this case being more hardened rubber and plastic, I hope it lasts longer and maintains its integrity better. It fits well within the clip holster and feels much better to hold due to its sleeker design. The only gripe about this case so far is that due to the iPhone 16 design with that camera button that needs to remain exposed the lower right section of the case is kind of separated to allow for this exposed button and as a result you often have some slight movement of the lower right part of the phone within the case probably due to the reduction of structural integrity due to the lack of top bezel uniformity. This is not the case’s fault as its accommodating the phone’s design but whereas all the other parts of the case feel solid with no movement of the phone within, the lower right section does have some internal movement which may be an issue for some folks. But this does not appear to affect the case or its protection capacity. The other note is that the small and thin top bezel can be quite difficult to separate when you want to remove the phone from the case. I found that starting in that open segment where the camera side button is on the lower right is the best starting spot to separate the top bezel for removal. Overall I would recommend it.

The case has been excellent in protecting my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The case is firm fitting. Button placement is spot on and adjusts volume without any issues. I did have some concerns about the cut out for the new camera button but after two drops my concerns have been eliminated. I assumed the clear plastic would become sweaty and slippery when running but after two weeks of running I have yet to experience any slippage.

Great case! I’m giving it 5 stars because for what it is and for its price I haven’t found anything bad about it. It’s easy to install and offers good protection overall. The raised edges around the screen and camera do a good job of preventing damage from drops and the rubber lined outer edges also helps reduce impacts while improving grip for the user.

Otterbox is in my opinion the best phone protector you can get. I know if I accidentally drop my phone the chances of something bad happening is almost non existent. It may be a little bulkier that some phone covers but I’m buying it to protect a phone that isn’t cheap to replace. I like the clear cover so I can actually see the color of the phone that I picked. The cover is actually great to go with the wireless charger I bought thanks to the magnetic inserts that make sure your phone stays in place while charging.

case fits great, feels comfortable has anti slip technology on the edges dropped a few times case remains intact. love it.

This case is great. I definitely feel like my phone is safe from any drops. It also works with my otterbox belt clip which is great since the case is bulky and I'd prefer not to use my pockets. The plus is that I can use a wireless charger with this as well.

Seems like a very good version of the defender series. I used one a couple iPhones ago, probably 7 or 8 years. I found that earlier version a little bulky, so I started using the symmetry series. This newest defender is not much bulkier than those symmetry versions, is fairly easy to install, and seems more protective than symmetry.

So far I have been happy with this case.. It is a bit bulkier than my previous case and fits differently in my pockets because of this. I have noticed that the bulkier case seems to prevent the phone from falling out of my pocket
