I’m pretty sure I can’t get the case off without breaking my new phone. Will have to get pop socket to tolerate this case and will return the wireless charger. Do not buy this case.

Magsafe does not charge with Apple Charger

I removed the case and the phone charges, however, it does not charge with the otterbox magsafe case. Very dissappinted.

I have always trusted and been happy with their products and always will be. The only thing with this case specifically is that it is a pain to put on. But once u get it on it’s the best case for the phone

I typically purchase my Otterbox products through the Otterbox website itself (where you can make an account and register your products so that getting them replaced when they break/wear out is more streamlined) but that was not an option this time as this case was sold out almost as soon as it was released. I have been using this case all week on my new iPhone 14 Pro Max and it is of excellent build quality. I am glad that the Defender Series cases are available in this Black/Crystal color because Otterbox stopped production on all of the clear plastic Defender Series cases for the iPhone XS Max (the phone I upgraded from) shortly after that phone was released. I am glad to purchase a product that is guaranteed by a warranty from retailer that I trust.

Definitely will need a screen protector as it doesn’t offer as much protection for the screen when dropped front first (same goes for the camera when dropped from the back). If phone is dropped on a flat surface there are no issues, but we all know that’s not the case when accidents happen.
