This camera takes great video if it's in bright light and on a tripod. Otherwise, it looks terrible. My hands are pretty steady. I've never had such jittery footage out of a camera as I've had from this one. And if it's dusk or dark, footage looks like it came from an iPhone 4.

Small sensor bad lowlight performance

Read the title. Very disappointing for a panasonic product. What worse is that best buy charges a restocking fee if you dont like your purchase and change your mind.

Image stabilization SUCKS even with REPLACEMENT

** WORST ** investment in 10 years of shooting sports highlights. Image stabilization was NON-existent. Camera shook everywhere. At first Best Buy told me, "Too bad" we CAN'T give you store credit... CAN'T even send off to Panasonic under the extended protection plan I paid for. But, after talking to a manager they changed their minds. Sent off to Panasonic's contracted repair shop. Couldn't fix it. So, I got a new one because I was NOT permitted to switch to any other brand. Same problem. Shaky and no image stabilization. Everything else is fine ONLY WHEN I shoot stationary with a tri-pod. But, I almost never ever do that. What a waste of time, energy and money that I'll never get back.
