The setup instructions for this system are a mess & overly complicated. Too much reliance on pairing with a cell phone. Great for blocking calls.

We needed a new phone. Decided blindly on these. Glad we did. Conversation is very clear. Answering machine works great and operating buttons are instant response. So when you select delete otw stops message and it's gone. Would recommend!

I like that this has my cell ring thru the phone and announces that I have a text message but that being said this phone does not allow me to answer my cell phone thru the handsets. In addition at the highest volume it is difficult to hear when talking . I’ve had Panasonic phones for over twenty years and volume has never been an issue before

This product was good, but not great. I’ve seen better displays, bigger, easier to read, on other phones. If that doesn’t bother you, then maybe it’s good enough for you. Instructions were average. All in all, I would recommend.

I ordered this set of 4 phones and then added 2 other phones (Panasonic - KX-TGC352B DECT 6.0 Expandable) to make it a 6 phone system. The two sets of phones seem to work great together. I am happy with my purchase.

These phones are great because you can transfer your contacts from your cellphone. With that being said, the instruction manual doesn’t properly tell you how. Therefor you spend 20 minutes figuring it out yourself. Over all good phones.

This is a great phone system. We have one in our kitchen, family room and in each bedroom. We can lower the volume with family visiting to not waked up too early.

I walked into the store, asked the man near the door where I could find something, he called someone to help. He showed me what I wanted, I picked it up and paid for it. Soooooooooeasy.

Love the flexibility and portability of wireless handsets. Wish the handset was a little bigger and locked into the cradle easier. Maybe if the base had a little more weight in it.

we still have a land line and will probably never get rid of it. i like having an answering machine and four phones. the only thing that i wish they had was clips to hook to my jeans while waiting for a important calls.

They work as advertised. I am adding the required fifty characters but i think you get thr message and its likely we both can count to fifty to make the programmer happy.

Have been a fan of Panasonic cordless for a long time. This current set works great and we use the Intercom feature throughout our home all the time.

The telephones work very well. I am trying to sync this system up to my two cell phones so the phones will ring when someone calls me on my mobile. If this works right, I may be able to get rid of my land lines.

We needed phones for multiple locations at our church. This works well for us. It’s hard to find ones with this many handsets. We’re very happy with this one.

I have been using the phones for over 15 years. This is only my 2nd set. I had to purchase a new set, due to the fact I had initially only kept two of the four phones. A 15 year run on two phones is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Phone worked fine out of the box. Still trying to get some features set up. Some of them I may never use. Transfer of phone book from my cellphone was easy enough but leaves alot of editing to do.

I don't have a landline but use these phones in my house so that I know when I receive a call or a text message on my cell phone even when my phone is on silent. The best invention.

Very simple, this is Panasonic, the best manufacturer of phones all throughout my life since the governmental destruction of Ma Bell. Every phone in my house is in synch whatever I do to one. Great buy.

My folks have a hard time hearing and seeing sometimes. But this system is great hands free and big lighted numbers. Excellent replacement to an older system!

The volume on this phone cannot be controlled. It is very difficult to hear on each of the handsets. Turning it on speaker phone is approximately the same volume as my older Panasonic phone and still very low volume. This phone needs to be returned to manufacturer as I am unable to use it in my home. Unfortunately, with the Coronavirus Pandemic occurring shortly after purchase and being a senior, I was unable to return to the store for return. I phoned my local Best Buy where I purchased the phone and was assured I could return it, even past the time allotted due to virus. I plan to do so.
