Also the phones are very small and hard to hold and handle. The button have several different functions which also takes away from enjoying having a conversation.

One thing you cannot delete a recorded message from a handheld phone; you cannot silence the main phone; the link2cell works great, includes incoming texts.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback! Kindly be informed that you can turn off the ringer of the bae unit by pressing and holding "-". Also, you can delete messages from the handset by pressing "*4" while listening to the message.

The base now is loosing connection plus breaking up audio when it should be working. A total mess and waste of money. I bought a few months. O, and don't even try to use the intercom feature, it doesn't. The worst is that BestBuy sells it but doesn't allow the customer to return it.

Too complicated

Way too complicated. The instructions are too long and too complicated. Just need a simple cordless phone.

Also no light flashing when I have a message. Very disappointed, unfortunately my husband threw out the box when we were setting it up. I wish I could return it.
