I needed to buy a portable dvd player for upcoming trips for my 2 1/2 year old and I spent a lot of time searching what would best suit our needs. I then realized that my 2 1/2 year old will eventually drop/break whatever we buy so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I was worried about buying a "refurbished" product but figured it was worth a shot for $99 and as my husband says, it was the best $99 that we have ever spent! This player is wonderful!!! Great sound, and picture quality! Screen is also a very nice size! Thinking of buying another just to have. It was missing the case so I called best buy and they gave me another comparable one. We are EXTREMELY happy with this buy and I would recommend to anyone!

Great quality on the playback. Kids really enjoyed on a recent trip where we were in the car over 14 hours plus watched at night at bedtime. Super versatility between car and house. Only complaint was that we couldn't get the DVD player shipped to store but the package arrived ahead of schedule and the kids were extremely happy with it.

I needed something to bring on an airplane for my daughter. The price was right and the battery life exceptional. It's also lightweight and compact. It was just what we needed to help a long flight go by quickly.

This is the second panasonic DVD player we have purchased. The DVD player has a long lasting battery life and can take a beating from the kids. The refurb from Bestbuy.com works great, though it was missing a case. I called in and they are sending me a new case.

The first item arrived with a piece missing, but the help I received was sterling and my grandson is very happy with his birthday gift.
