Paramount+ will not treat this gift card as "cash" and will not allow you to use any coupons or promotions along with the gift card usage. It is a much better deal to just sign up for Paramount+ with a promotion code rather than buying this card even when it is on sale. I attempted to sign up for Paramount+ during a promotional offer (25% off annual). They showed me the promotional rate ($74.99 instead of $99.99) during sign up and then proceeded to charge the full $99.99 amount to the gift card anyway. Upon requesting a refund, they state "Unfortunately, per our gift card Terms & Conditions (viacomcbs.legal/us/en/pplus/sub-terms), we cannot issue any refunds for full or partial balances on gift cards." Here are the words they used about combining the gift card with a promo code: "Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be combined with the 25% coupon you redeemed, hence the charge was taken from the gift card alone. However, you can still enjoy the 25% discount coupon you redeemed and it will take effect on your next renewal date which is on January 17, 2023." I do not believe that the 25% off coupon will still be applied to my account a year later. I also have no faith that they will charge me the correct amount.

I like that I could obtain this digitally and gift it to someone. Best buy.com made this easy and I'm grateful!

I love that I can purchase a gift card to use for my annual plan. I do not like keeping my debit card on file, so having these to add to my account is perfect.

I purchased this gift card for myself. Why, you ask? Because I got the bright idea that if I had a gift card added to my Paramount+ account, I wouldn’t have to wonder if they charged my yearly fee to my bank account yet or not, then possibly accidentally spend it & get an overdraft fee, lol. Well, it worked. So if you want to take full control of your transactions like that, maybe just for your own peace of mind, you should buy gift cards like this. I do this with ALL my streaming services now.

These cards are the absolute best to use instead of using your debit card and having it automatically hit. Also makes excellent gifts for people who have yet to see Paramount content. All the Taylor Sheridon shows alone are worth it.. yellowstone, 1883, Lioness all of these are excellent premium content

I like the Paramount network I purchase it and showtime with no adds for a one year price of $130 plus tax so $141ish. The gift cards are perfect and with the Best Buy 15% discount the deal can’t be beat. In total I buy $150 worth of gift cards for $127.50 and also get 6% back in rewards with Elite+. With the rewards counted, the deal is only $120 for $150 or about 20% off. So the one year is only $113ish out the door cost after discounts for CBS/Paramount+ and Showtime. I am a Star Trek fan! I do like the $30 for one full year of Showtime. With the discount it was only $2 more a month.

Paramount+ is fantastic. Not only does it have just about every TV program you can think of from CBS, MTV, & Nickelodeon, but now they have added Showtime to their programming. Besides TV, there are a lot of movies that premiere on Paramount+. This gift card is as easy to use as any other gift card.

If you watch a lot of CBS programming, this is a great way to get it without commercials. There is also a lot of other programming. This is the definitive answer for Star Trek fans, as all series are available here. The “commercial free” plan isn’t completely commercial free, though, as you’ll get one short one at the beginning of the show. Two of these cards will cover the $99.99 yearly cost.

I buy these gift cards and add to my online streaming account..so the money is always there to pay for my annual subscription without actually hitting my debit card..no surprise charges that way ..always try and stay ahead when u can :)

I purchased it as a gift for a fan of classic television (especially "Perry Mason" and classic movies. There is a lot to choose from and she has been enjoying it very much. (I enjoy it, too! In addition to these classics, it allows watching current CBS programming commercial-free.)

Paramount+ is a solid streaming service. If it interests you, the gift card is perfect when it’s on sale. I got it to give myself an additional discount on top of annual membership discount. The gift card is also good for people who want to limit the amount of times they enter their credit card info. Last but not least, it makes for a nice gift.

Purchased 2 digital gift cards to load onto my Paramount+ account for my subscription. Received both codes within minutes and redeemed the first gift card without issue. The second gift card code would not work. I contacted Paramount+ who told me it’s not their problem but the gift card has been redeemed just not to my account. Contacted Best Buy customer service 17 (not a typo) times to consistently be redirected through an automated system and disconnected. When i was finally able to reach a human i was redirected through multiple people through multiple departments all which could not help me. The only thing anyone could confirm is that i purchased a gift card that had been redeemed. I no longer subscribe to Paramount+ and have ceased being a best buy customer after 27 years.

The nice thing about this gift card is that you load the value of the card onto your paramount account and its used to pay for services until the balance on the account runs out. Some streaming services only allow you to use gift cards when first signing up but these you can load more onto to extend service.
