It works great for us parents who enjoy the PS4 for Netflix & that. Not too hip on controllers. This remote helps old timers.

Having a good remote makes using your home theater a sweet experience. my only complaint is that it doesn't have a back button.

This remote control makes it more user-friendly to navigate through the PlayStation menus. I always feel like I am playing a game when using the regular game remote controllers and this remotes takes away that feeling. I do recommend this remote controller because of it's convenience.

I've read no good comments about this product which i disagree, but overall I have no complaints.

Remote works for everything Sony related items that I have pefectly, but the buttons will not work for say a 'Spectrum' cable-box because if you change the channels for the box, it will only change the channels on the tv and mess you up, otherwise it is great for PS4 and TV!

I bought the control to make it easy to play blu-ray movies. Setup was easy. It does lose connection sometimes and have to power it up again.

I bought this to use my PS4 as a streaming device. This provides me the ability to use something other than my joystick. This is very user friendly. It is much easier to use for fast forward and rewind than the joystick.

Much needed remote control for the PS4, saves wear and tear on my controller, and it has plenty of buttons.

Always found it annoying trying to watch just tv using the game controllers...too easy to accidentally rwd or ff just having the controller sitting on sofa. This controller solves this, plus it is able to be the universal remote and control the tv and soundbar too. Just what we needed!!

Pretty good remote for the PS4. It goes to sleep during a video though, which is a little disappointing. Might be a setting to change that.

Compared to other PS four products this one is subpar. It has issues working with certain apps on the PS four. If you need a remote I would recommend it if you don't just use the controller.

Love using this on my PS4, its easy to use and better than using the controller when browsing through the PS store, watching netflix, hbo go or anything besides gaming. Save your controller battery for games! Easier for people who don't know where the buttons are on a regular controller.

It makes watching Hulu and Netflix easy, as well as blue rays. It is compact and convenient.

i would've given it 5 stars if it was a tad cheaper. unfortunately the PS4 is not backwards compatible with the PS3, nor is the remote control.

Good, universal remote that works as intended. Has all the PS4 controller buttons along with the usual remote functions.

I love this universal remote. It is so easy to connect it to my other devices in my house.

Works good. Bought it mainly for netflix and other apps. Easy to use, even my 7 year old uses it

Had to buy this as the old PS3 remote was not compatitble with PS4. Paired up very easy and works as intended. One small thing to notice is the remote itself goes into "sleep" mode itself after sitting a while and you have to press the power button to wake it before the controls will work.
