Perfect works good best remote control for the money

This is a pretty good remote for the PS4 with one GLARING design flaw. The flaw is that the passthrough audio does not work with an A/V receiver. This means that if you have a home theater and control your sound using a receiver, you must hit the AUX button on the remote to adjust the volume, then hit the PS4 button to resume controlling the system. Other than that, the remote has worked well.

works as a great universal remote for my sony tv and ps4. Primarily use my ps4 for Netflix so this makes it easy to navigate wilthout using a controller and accidently bumping the ps4 l2 and r2 triggers.

Very easy to program to our sound system and TV. Ran into a problem switching to our sound system but found a work around and have had this remote for a year and still works great.

Got this because I often use my PS4 for streaming media and blurays... It works great! Much easier to use for fast forwarding, skipping scenes, pausing etc.

So I read several reviews downgrading this version. I did not have the older versions so I don't have any comparable comments. Yes with it being Bluetooth it does go to sleep but with having Vue I wanted to give it a try. Works well paired up with the tv well. It's nice to not have to use the remote. Would be nice if it had some backlights but it's worth the little money it was

I don't want to have to use the ps4 remote for gaming to operate movies so this makes life easier. If you can afford to buy all of these gadgets what the heck is one more.

As with the ps3 if you watch vue, crackle or any other video as well as blueray discs having a remote to maneuver through the menus and features makes it much easier than just a game controller

Easy to use and easy to install, this remote gives the user more options to use when viewing movies or streaming TV. I far prefer it to using the regular game controller.

A must buy for the PS4 if you use it for blu-ray...

Love having and using the tv type controller for media on my PS4 pro as it works great and doesn't interfere with other infrared controlled devices!

I was leery with the bad reviews of this remote, but since there isn't anything else out there like this, I bought it anyway. I have been happy with it so far. It works like the old PS3 remote did. I only use it for the Blue ray function, and for Playstation Vue. It does timeout, but that is easily remedied, without going back to the PS main screen. Overall a great remote.

This makes using the PlayStation so much simpler! You can surf the web and use the Playstation with you TV while your controller charges. It's wonderful!!! Completely worth the money!
