Other than losing the pairing once, this remote seems ok.

With the PS4 control buttons integrated onto this multi remote, it is like I knew how to use many features right out of the box. Not usually the case for me. I struggle with electronics....

I bought this for easier PSvue controls and it has been great

If you can use a tv remote you can use this, no more game controller .

Great for using the PS channels. It is great and easy to use with Netflix

This does most everything it should for a universal remote. Only problem I have run across, along with many others is the volume "punch through" doesn't work properly. I was able to bypass this by programming some soft keys to control volume on my sound bar, minor inconvenience to switch between ps4 and TV repeatedly, but more of a first world problem, nothing major

Haven't used it very much, but when I do it does its job. Most excellent.

I’m giving it 2 stars cause it works great with my TV and Soundbar. However it won’t stay connected with my PS4, so I still have to use the PS4 Controller. It will link with the PS4 but disconnects about 10 min later.

Very good for the price. No adapters needed works great for YouTube ect.

Bought this because I am using my PS4 for PS Vue Live TV streaming. Works great controls the TV, Amp and PS4 all in one remote control that fits your hand perfectly

Easy to use, just sucks to add another remote. Better than controller.

Lets me watch youtube and netflix without having to use a dualshock, this makes my girl very happy as she hates that she has to use a gaming control to watch tv. Makes my life easy!

Works well and better then using controller. Wish it had backlight

I got tired of having to use the controller to watch movies. I could never remember what button to press to rewind or skip forward. Remote makes it easy. Easy setup also.

Got this controller so that I can watch movies on the PS4 Pro it's great to have a controller that you can watch movies with instead of using the game controller.

It's cool but disappointing that it wouldn't work backwards with my ps3

As the licensed PS4 media remote, I'm somewhat disappointed. There's actually buttons missing from the PS3 remote that I used a lot. The ones that stick out: Audio, subtitle, and the R & L buttons. I watch the WWE Network a lot. The R & L buttons help out with selecting points in events such as PPVs.

I guess the remote gets the basic job done but, it's got a few bugs out of the box. First off, it's doesn't work in every PS4 app, at least not until the app is updated to support the remote. Vudu has not done this so, it will not work in this app. The remote works just fine in Netflix and for Blu-Ray playback and it is nice to not have to use up my batteries in my PS4 controllers when I just want to watch some videos. Second bug, the manual lies. The manual describes a procedure where you can make the volume buttons always control you TV or AVR even when set to control your PS4, called "volume passthrough". The problem is that it only works with the TV codes. I could never get it to work with my AVR. I called PDP, the company who makes the remote, and they confirmed that the initial version of the remote sent to retailers had some features that did not work correctly. PDP replaced my remote with one that worked correctly so now I can control the volume of my AVR. It is still an average remote that gets the job done.

Easy set up, and does have code to control TV's and cable boxes as well.
