This remote does everything it is supposed too, but it seems like it has worse response time then the previous PS3 remote. It also doesn't have a backlit layout so it's nearly impossible to see in the dark, which is when you use it most. I also don't like that it disconnects after a certain amount of time and you have to re-pair it to the ps4.

This is a great addition to the PS4 if you like streaming video or watching blu ray. Simple to program and use. If you own a PS4 you definitely have to have this remote.

So far so good. Happy with the functionality of the remote.

If the remote is not used for a while you have to push the ps button and it takes about 15 to 20 seconds for it to work. This gets really annoying. And sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for it to work when just starting to use it. Still better than the game controller.

The price was great it it works just like the names brand one does what I want it to do and more I’m happy with my purchase

Not as great as the First party PS3 Remote, but definitely the best one so far! No major issues, definitely more comfortable to navigate blu-rays than using a ps4 controller!

Great for steaming. I use the Vue app and this remote makes it great to navigate through the channels and settings. I really like this remote.

I have one for my PS3 and love it. I needed one for my PS4 and wasn't willing to give up the functionality on the PS3 in the other room, so this was a natural choice.

It's about time Playstation released this remote. Been waiting for this thing since opening night of the PS4. It works great. No issues. Great remote to have for your PS4.

No more trying to figure out or remember which button is the pause or main menu button on the controller. This will make your movie watching so much more convienent.

Despite being mainly for the PS4 it is also an amazing Universal remote as well. Worked for all my stuff until recently (I've just been too lazy to reprogram it).

I had the remote for the PS3 and this one is similar, but improved. Much easier to watch movies with this remote than using the game controllers. Worth the money.

Great to use and faster when looking for any movies

This device works fine, but need to address some flaws...please Sony update the software...even with other Sony devices, doesn't work properly well. I bought this because I thought that the Universal would take control for my 3 devices...but is not what I expected.

If you are like me and watch a lot of movies on your PS4, then this is a must have. Pause, play, etc... all a lot easier to do with this remote than the PS4 controller.
