I wanted to buy this remote since i knew it was available, it is easier to navigate using a remote you are used to when watching movies or series.

Was a good buy. It’s nice not having to constantly recharge my normal PS4 controller from watching videos

Worked great for a few days and then stopped. One button press would work, but that's it. Deleted the remote from the PS4, paired it again, and now all seems fine. Not my favorite remote ever, but it works well for BD and MLB, my main uses.

It is good for PS4 use but the battery rans out quicker than normal controls (not rechargeable unless your batteries are). Limited control of the TV not fully functional to make it your only controller.

I've had no luck with my remote. It works to turn on the PS4 but frequently loses bluetooth connectivity so I need to grab the PS4 controller and re-connect it (defeats the purpose of the remote). The other issue (even if you have better luck with connectivity) is that it doesn't work with all of the movie apps. I believe it works with Netflix but doesn't with Vudu (I might have that backwards). Inconvenient since that was the whole point of my getting the remote was so that I didn't need to grab the PS4 controller off the charger for the tv apps.

I use this for my playstation vue. It is great for watching movies, just like a direct tv remote but for the ps4. Awesome

Great remote accessory for my PlayStation 4. Easy to use and is far better to use than the controller to navigate menus.

This remote is significantly better than using the controller for movies. Overall, it fixes the need for something to prevent accidental bumping the controller and zipping through your movie. Only complaint - the pause button is small. The same remote for the PS3 was a better button layout

If you're like me and you don't wanna always change your controller it is a must have. Especially, if you watch blue ray or Netflix. I enjoy it.
