Worked great for a few days and then stopped. One button press would work, but that's it. Deleted the remote from the PS4, paired it again, and now all seems fine. Not my favorite remote ever, but it works well for BD and MLB, my main uses.

I've had no luck with my remote. It works to turn on the PS4 but frequently loses bluetooth connectivity so I need to grab the PS4 controller and re-connect it (defeats the purpose of the remote). The other issue (even if you have better luck with connectivity) is that it doesn't work with all of the movie apps. I believe it works with Netflix but doesn't with Vudu (I might have that backwards). Inconvenient since that was the whole point of my getting the remote was so that I didn't need to grab the PS4 controller off the charger for the tv apps.

This remote is significantly better than using the controller for movies. Overall, it fixes the need for something to prevent accidental bumping the controller and zipping through your movie. Only complaint - the pause button is small. The same remote for the PS3 was a better button layout

I replaced this remote after about two years. Overall this has been a perfect solution to my four primary receivers. This paired well with my tv, cable box, PS4, and sound bar. Although the capabilities make connection to the sound bar complicated, the remote allows certain buttons to clone signals from other remotes; using this function for the job done! Only issue is batteries run out quickly when connected to PS4 (actively uses Bluetooth).

It is good for PS4 use but the battery rans out quicker than normal controls (not rechargeable unless your batteries are). Limited control of the TV not fully functional to make it your only controller.

If you're like me and you don't wanna always change your controller it is a must have. Especially, if you watch blue ray or Netflix. I enjoy it.

I use this for my playstation vue. It is great for watching movies, just like a direct tv remote but for the ps4. Awesome

I don't like using the PS4 controller for movies, etc., so this is one of the first items that I purchased after receiving the PS4 as a gift.

Eliminates need for controller when watching other content on my PS4. Simple pairing instructions and functionality is on point

Better than the other option remote with 5 buttons. I like the ability to turn ps4 on and off without having to use dual shock controller.

LOVE this remote! I hated watching Blu-Ray's on my PS4 with the regular PS4 remote....this universal remote makes everything much easier!

This remote is awesome as it allows you to save your battery life on controllers and it has specific buttons for actions.

Great alternative controller for your tv. I would recommend this to anyone who subscribes to the Playstation Vue service to watch tv.

In between game sessions my PS4 is my go to for media... Netflix, Amazon, Hulu... This remote makes media watching so much easier/nicer.
