This is the the third one I have had to get in five months. Luckily I choose to purchase the warranty protection with the 2nd one. Enjoy the ease of a TV like remote for PlayStation Vue but not sure on the quality of the product. The first one stopped responding intermittently after 4 months and the 2nd one had issues with the enter / directional arrow key pad working after one month. Hope the third replacement works without any issues. I enjoy the features but is hard for me to give a good review or recommend it to a friend with the problems I have encountered.

This remote is much easier to use than the PS4 controller. This is good when using the BluRay and Smart TV functions of the PS4

It does what it's supposed to do, but some of its quirks are frustrating. Attempting to sync it with my PS4 took forever, it won't connect to my TV and it turns itself off if it's not used after a short length of time.

This Bluetooth remote will control all PS4 functions, and is ideal for streamers (Netflix, PS Vue) who don't want to constantly chrge a standard game controller just for streaming. However, I have had to re-sync it with the PS4 a few times, which is a bit frustrating.

This remote has been by my side ever since I purchased it from the store. It just so convenient blu-ray and streaming purposes.

I've had the ps4 remote for about a month now. I love it! It has become my universal remote. I can operate both my TV and ps 4.

It is quite clumsy using the PS4 controller for watching movies. This solves it. Full retail price it's too expensive, hence the 4 stars, but I got it on sale at Best Buy. It's a must have when it goes on sale, if you use your PS4 to watch movies, streaming or Blu-ray.

We needed a remote that work with our tv and the PS4. This had an easy set up and works well controlling the tv also.

simple features like play or back do not work with most applications. I still have to navigate the X and O buttons.... and it powers off after a few minutes... SO ANNOYING!!!! don't waste your money.
