Worked great for first 6 months. Water flow barely a trickle even after re-seating the motor and filter to ensure no blockage. Around the same time it stopped reporting on my cats drinking…. And if you are trying to get away from plastic, the holding tank is plastic and if the electrify goes out, there’s no water flow. Taking it back.

They dont honor their warranty

Had the water fountain for under a year. The clip that attaches the funnel to the water tray broke. They wont replace it under warranty as they say its normal wear and tear. Considering that this is a part that needs to be remived frequently for changing the filter i find it ridiculous they wont replace the part.

If the filter tray has never been disassembled and the water tray has not been placed in the dishwasher, the part should be eligible for replacement under warranty.
