They dont honor their warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had the water fountain for under a year. The clip that attaches the funnel to the water tray broke. They wont replace it under warranty as they say its normal wear and tear. Considering that this is a part that needs to be remived frequently for changing the filter i find it ridiculous they wont replace the part.

Regarding the warranty, we assess each case based on usage. If the filter tray has never been disassembled and the water tray has not been placed in the dishwasher, the part should be eligible for replacement under warranty. However, if the part has been damaged due to improper handling or cleaning, such as using a dishwasher, we are unable to provide a replacement.
