I recently purchased this product and the fountain operates very quietly, which is a huge plus since I have it set up in the living room. One of the best features of this bundle is the replacement water pump. It extends the life of the fountain and ensures that I won’t have to worry about the fountain breaking down anytime soon. Yes, the initial cost is a bit higher than a regular water bowl, but the benefits of filtered, circulating water and the convenience of a replacement pump more than justify the price. They also have an app to track the amount of water my cats drink everyday. Tracking the drinking habits via a smartphone app was the most important factor that attracted me to buy this machine, and yes, I'm right, this is the cat water fountain I have been looking for. As the weather warms up, the amount of water in the water bowl has noticeably decreased compared to the winter, but I don't know if this decrease is because my cats are drinking more or because the water is evaporating. With this water dispenser, I can see and calculate how much water my cat drinks every day. The machine is sensitive and quiet unless the water level is close to the minimum watermark. You can control how often the water pump works via the app. The app also reminds you not only to add water but also to change the filter and clean the machine at least every 14 days. Keep in mind that you need to clean the entire machine at least every 14 days, including carefully cleaning the inside of the water pump. I tried twice cleaning the machine every 7 days, once with pure water and once with mouthwash, but found this to be unfeasible; the stains had spread (you can see it in the picture). It is highly recommended to clean the machine more frequently, probably every 2-3 days, to ensure the water is clean so your pet will be happy and healthy. I uploaded two pictures showing the steps I found they weren't clearly described in the user manual or installation videos, just in case anyone else gets confused like I did.

I totally LOVE this! It tells me when my kitty took a drink, how much he drank at a time, how many times each day. Lets me know if I need to refresh the filter or add water, and the best part is I can look at that data and never leave the couch unless I need to. It’s all through my phone. Plus I can get an idea of whether my kitty is drinking a healthy amount. It’s simply fantastic! I highly recommend!

Usually I don't leave comments but this is so excellent! I've tried 5 different water fountain brands but my cat hates all of them. This is THE ONLY ONE my cat LOVES!! And it has the app to track the water intake everyday. It's so convenient when you're out and you can make sure your cat is drinking okay. The WiFi connection is always stable and it's easy to set up too. It's also very quiet unlike some of the brands I bought. All in all, I definitely love it and highly recommend to those who are looking for a water fountain for their pets!
