I purchased the Petlibro Granary WiFi Stainless Steel Dual Food Tray 5L Automatic Dog and Cat Feeder with Camera Monitoring in late December 2023, and it has been a game-changer for my pets' feeding routine. This automatic feeder is equipped with a built-in 1080p HD camera, which provides a wide-angle view of my pets during their meal times. The night vision feature is a bonus, allowing me to monitor my pets even in low light conditions. One of the standout features of this feeder is the two-way voice system. It allows me to reassure my pets with my voice, and I can hear their responses, which is a delightful feature. The feeder also has a motion detector that records and saves videos of my pets' activities, and I receive alerts on my phone to watch in real time. The Petlibro app is user-friendly and allows me to plan meal portions, diets, and feeding times from anywhere. It's a different app called lite, if you have other products, FYI. The feeder's design, including the patent rotor in the tank base, twist-lock lid, desiccant bag, and sealing strip, works together to keep the food fresh. The infrared safety system is a thoughtful addition, shutting down the feeder if it detects my pets' paws inside the dispenser. The low food level reminder is also handy, alerting me when it's time to refill the feeder. The feeder has a dual power supply, which includes a USB adapter and battery backup. This ensures that even in the event of a power outage, my pets will continue to be fed, providing me with peace of mind when I'm away.

I have 3 cats & I’ve used a single bowl feeder that uses the Petlibro Lite app. This is my first time trying the double bowl feeder with the Petlibro app (it’s 2 different apps). These autofeeders will ensure my cats have enough food. Its super sensitive to detecting emptied dry food storage so I’m not worried about forgetting to fill or not noticing the storage is low on food when I go out. Pros: - Feel more secure when I go travel because this model has a camera too - Easy to set up when you follow the direction booklet - Camera quality is alright, clear enough to see details & sound quality is excellent - Dispenses food at the right timing schedules & logs them everyday - Motion detection does a pretty good job - Shows the days left to replace the desiccant bag - Very sensitive detection to empty dry food storage Cons: - The dispenser has to play the voice recording for ‘meal call’ TWICE before dispensing food. It’s a tad bit annoying - food isn’t evenly distributed amongst the bowls and the measurement of a ‘cup’ is definitely not a cup size - Unlock button can’t seem to be unlocked all the time, I need to hold the unlock button for 3 secs before I can manually dispense food out - The UI & UX for the playback footages on my SD card is not very user friendly, I wish to filter out “motion detection”, “feeding video” so I know exactly what time my cats ate food. - I’m not quite suite what “Feeding video” means as I originally interpreted as when cats eat, the cam will detect, the footage will be indicated as “feeding video” but now that I look back at when my cat ate, it just shows as “motion detection”

I recently bought this and found it so useful to my kitten! He always wakes up early at 6am and tries to wake me up for food. This automatic feeder solves the problem perfectly! And the real standout feature for me is the built-in camera monitoring system. It provides me with peace of mind, allowing me to check on my pets anytime, anywhere, via the PetLibro app. I can also adjust the time and amount of feeding anytime. Also with the SD card inserted, I can track the time that my cat eat and try to understand his habit! It’s so nice to have it and I would definitely rate it with 5 stars!

My cats were very hesitant at first, but now they love their auto feeder. It's easy to set up and easy to clean, and holds a full 3lb bag of food. The app is surprisingly good and makes it easy to feed on demand and to schedule feedings. The camera quality is surprisingly good as well. Overall I highly recommend this.

The first thing i noticed about it was the build quality, it looks more expensive than it is, sturdy and futuristic. Setting it up is easy with the instructions provided. The app has been working fine for me. The camera quality is better than my doorbell camera. I wish the volume on this thing was a bit more as i can barely hear the recorded message it plays when dispensing food but apparently the cats come running everytime so cant complain much. I have had instances where the app would send notifications that the feeder is jammed, this is very annoying as i have to check that and try and fix it, wish it did not do that this often. Overall a decent and necessary purchase if you have cats.

My wife and I had been considering an auto feeder for quite some time and this went on sale for Black Friday. We pulled the trigger and are quite happy with it. The feeder feels well built and sturdy. The camera is handy and connects quickly with the app. It’s great to check on them while you’re away. Our one gripe is that it somewhat frequently gets blocked as its dispensing food and will stop dispensing. Once the cats start eating and the food shifts in the bowl it will continue dropping food as normal. Not a huge deal as it seems to always fix itself as the cars eat, but kind of annoying. Would definitely recommend to any of our cat owning friends.

Worked great for a whole 3 months. Their support is an absolute joke, i would not recommend this product due to poor build quality, cheap parts, and terrible support. I literally had shown them the cheap plastic pieces that turn with the motor were bent and broken off, their response was to send a recording. Of what you may ask? Me assembling and disassembling to show how the product isnt working. It is literally broken in the photo, why do they need me to spend over a week emailing, sending photos, and recordings? Also they wanted me to use some strange unheard of file sharing site which i was not comfortable with. This is still unresloved as to what they will do or how they will fix it aka send me parts to fix it.the amazon one i purchased previous to spending 7x on this one actually lasted longer, unreal. Take a peak at the photo and tell me you need a recording when you can see the broken plastic.

I have been looking for auto feeders to replace my old one for my two cats for a while. I do travel a lot and need to check the status of my cats. Luckily I found this!! Pros: Easy to install within 2 min. Easy to use, the app is clear and straightforward. I set up the device and it just functions as it is supposed to. Love the camera so much- with wide angle field of view!! The feeder is not cheap- but it's worth every penny. Easy to clean up. I took lots of videos and photos of my cats eating to share with my fans and friends. Cons: sometimes the wifi connection is not very stable but getting back online is quick and easy. My cats do not eat at the same time and they eat in both dispenses (not in one dispense respectively) so having two bowls isn't 100% necessary for me.

We had went on vacation and had a sitter come in the house for a couple of hours every day to care for our 6 month old kittens. When they were alone we were able to check in on them with the camera frequently. It detects movement and has a setting that can be turned on to send an alert when there is motion. If you missed them at that moment it takes a screenshot of what the movement was and keeps a log. Clear video day or night. It was great for my kids to be able to watch the kittens in real time while we were away. We could even speak to them through the microphone. The machine dispenser works flawlessly. It was a very simple set up with the app. We are so happy with this product!

This product is phenomenal. I travel out of the country often, and not only does this device feed the preset amount (that you preset) on time and every time, the camera is of great quality and allows you to see that your pets (in my case cats) are eating. You can also automatically feed, and speak through the device to your pets. The setup is super simple, and this product has been extremely reliable. I would (and already have) recommend this to all pet owners.

I have two cats at home and it’s used to be really hard to separate food equally. With two plates, it can easily make sure they’re eating together without competing and I can see them remotely even not at home

I'm quite pleased with this cat food feeder. It has a camera, helpful for checking on my cats, especially during meal times. It also allows for simultaneous feeding of two cats - a problem nicely solved. The need for two separate feeders with varying feed times is eliminated, bringing simplicity to mealtimes. For cat owners with two cats, this feeder is a practical, effective solution. Worth considering.

This feeder is great , I don’t have to worry if I’m not home to feed them on time . I like the portion controls and being able to see them run to the feeder when they hear my voice .

 Works well. The camera works surprisingly well. There’s an app you have to install, but it works good enough. Great price on Black Friday.

This is a must for ant busy pet owners. Setup was super easy and so far I haven’t had any issues. You can set your feeding schedule (morning and night), portion amount, video call (and audio) and you’re able to record video. There are so many features which makes a great product. My only complaint is the lever to change which side gets more food. My cats are always playing with it and sometimes they move the lever and one cat will get more food. Besides that though, it’s great. They haven’t managed ti break into the thing either and that’s a big accomplishment considering one id a notorious trash cat and WILL try and break into anything to get food.

I have to get this new feeder because I recently adopted a new cats. This is a perfect cat feeder for a multipet family because they will not steal food from each other. Also, the stanless Steel bowl make it really easy to clean. I really enjoy spying at my cats while they are eating. it is the cutest thing in the world!

I travels a lot and use to be very stressed about leaving my cats alone, but this smart feeder has been a lifesaver. It holds a lot of food, 5 liters actually, which is perfect for my two hungry felines. Setting it up was no sweat, and getting the hang of the app was just as easy. I love being able to check the feed times on my phone and adjust things if needed. But the best part? The camera. It's so reassuring to see my cats chowing down on their kibble in real-time when I'm miles away. There's no fuss about making sure they're eating right either because this thing keeps their routine on track. Ever since I got this feeder, I've been able to take off for my trips without stressing over my furbabies. They're fed, they're happy, and I can always peek in to see their little faces. Definitely happy with the feeder.

I had to leave town last minute for the birth of my nephew and wanted to make sure my kitties would be fed over 4 days; needed an auto feeder just like this one. Looked nice enough, has a camera, can control feeding remotely. Price seemed high-ish but if it did what it claimed/looked like it could do than it would be worth it. And...IT IS. I set it up within 5 minutes and did a test feeding, worked perfectly. Had to leave early that next morning and scheduled a feeding for 6:30am. Alerted me within 5 minutes and I watched it feed them via the cam while I was at the airport (which is great quality btw). I mean wow... I guess a con for some people/situations could be it doesn't split up/divvy out food perfectly, but it kind of alternates between which side ends up getting a bit more. I'm sure if you played around with angling it or propping it up more on one side it may feed more evenly...but whatever. This thing is quality through and through! Must buy if you travel here and there. Will give you peace of mind like it did for me.

The middle portion regulator does not move enough to the right allowing for an equal distribution of food to both bowls. So it will sometimes distribute more food to the right bowl than the left. Everything else has worked as advertised and no issues after 1 month. The mobile phone app works great, easy to setup and schedule feedings automatically.
