This is one of the best birthday presents to/from myself I've ever given/received! Timing was perfect - it was my birthday. I thought the sale price was a mistake, but apparently it was good Karma coming back at me. Although the sale price was definitely the deciding factor, I am totally sold on electric toothbrushes - particularly this Philips Sonicare ExpertClean 7300! While the phone app is friendly and super helpful for timing and maintenance, it's simply a nice bonus. Another great feature is the pressure warning. When you are pressing too hard, the toothbrush stops and warns you with an audible alarm. (My Hygienist always tells me that I tend to brush far too hard with a traditional toothbrush and tear up my gums.) The proof of its genuine value was in my first Dental Hygienist appointment after retiring my manual/traditional toothbrush. With a 10+ year professional relationship of routine appointments every 4 - 6 months, she asked what I was doing differently. I told her I finally broke down and bought a decent electric toothbrush. She said my teeth have never looked better when coming in for an appointment ... almost nothing for stains and plaque! If you've ever thought about splurging on an electric toothbrush, but have been waiting for whatever reason, you will not regret this purchase! Do you have a birthday coming soon? A Holiday? Do you deserve a little reward for being so good to yourself? Do it! Do it for yourself, or someone you love - or both!

Great purchase! I must say i was a bit skeptical with the electric toothbrush at first, but I can actually say I feel the clean across my teeth. I love the blue tooth feature and various cleaning modes that I can use. If the device detects inaccurate brushing, it will signal you. The technology built into this device, give you 2 full minutes per use for the best oral health. I like the sleek black finish and how is doesnt look awkward on my bathroom counter top. Overall, I'm getting more familiar with this tool and have no compliants.

The toothbrush looks and feels great but mine had a faulty motor that completely stopped working two weeks after I recieved the toothbrush. The warranty call took 45 minutes. They sent me the next model up. I was worried it was refurbished or something because it came out of box in plastic wrap. The base plate (where the identifying numbers are located) looks buffed and reprinted. The upgrade is fantastic though.

I ordered this item as a gift, so I’m really disappointed the original packaging was damaged and had a hole in it, which makes it look pretty ugly. The other “outside” box was totally fine, so it means you guys packaged it like that!! With broken original box! Cant believe it says “Inspected by Best Buy” on it, it’s like a joke. I hope the toothbrush is fine and working, I am not going to check, because it’s a gift and I don’t wanna rip the box, but it’s just really annoying you send out your products like that! Photo made after I was trying to fix it somehow so it looks better.

    Nice Upgrade

I've been using Philips Sonicare Electric tooth brushes for over 10 yrs. My last purchase was the Philips Sonicare HealthyWhite+ about 2.5 yrs ago; I've since upgraded to their DiamondCare brush heads (which I think are much better and worth the additional $'s). When shopping for a new brush head I found that there was a newer series of C3/G3/W3 Sonicare Premium Brush heads, which actually have a chip in them to communicate brushing usage/techniques back to the toothbrush, and that connects via BT to your phone to send you weekly brushing information. The different brush heads are geared for Cleaning/Gum health/Whitening. I'm not exactly sure I need this, but as I read more about it, it also allow the toothbrush to provide immediate feedback with regards to your brushing technique (too much pressure, moving too quickly....). Interesting... so rather than get new brush heads I got a new toothbrush (with 2 brush heads). Since liked the DiamondCare brush heads so much I expected to find the new microchipped brush heads even better. Well using the C3 brush head, I find it nearly identical to the DiamondCare equivalent (which is not bad, but no difference in feel). But the new 7300 Expert Clean Electric Toothbrush is a noticeable change, not necessarily in the speed of the brush head (both 31,000 strokes/min), or quadrant timing, but in the feedback that tells you your exerting too much pressure or moving too quickly. The tooth brush actually helps you brush more efficiently/smarter. And it actually tracks the total time each brush head is in use so that it can tell you (accurately) when it should be replaced. Previously you had to rely on blue line on part of the brush head disappearing. But that's not the same as flashing LED to notify you (no judgement call). And each head is tracked separately. You can also get a weekly report from Philips (if you register the Toothbrush and set up an account with them) that will tell you about you weekly brushing habits (you have to bring your phone close enough to the phone (periodically) to collect the data). Truly an interesting concept for our internet connected society (I'm over 60 and think it's interesting). This version comes with travel case, there is another version that comes with a charging case. I frequently travel for 2 weeks at a time, and never run out of juice (1 person using) for a 14 day trip. So now having compared it to my previous HealthyWhite+, I like the brushing feedback and the smart brush heads. The weekly report, really didn't tell me anything I didn't know (that I brushed my teeth for 2m twice a day every day of the week). My ExpertClean came with a C3 & G3 brush heads (equivalent to what I was using), I'll probably try the W3 brush head to see if it really whitens better. But me, I'm happy with my upgrade, and I'm glad it's compatible with the Philips UV cleaning case I've used for many years. FYI: There are alot of different Philips Sonicare packages, so read/compare carefully to make sure you know what your getting.

    Avoid Dentist Cleaning Bills

This is my first electric toothbrush and impressed with it so far, when I first took it out the box it was already fully charged so used it right away. It has a very powerful vibrations for cleaning, feels like a professional dental equipment, with modes of cleaning: Clean, Gum Care and Deep Clean. Myself regular clean mode is more than enough for my needs and really could feel the difference of my teeth surface compared to a regular brushing, like I mentioned before felt like I had a cleaning at the dentist. After using it for almost two weeks now, can see an improvement and almost embarrassed that I have not purchase an electric brush sooner. The unit comes with two brush heads for plaque removal, rechargeable base and travel case, not sure how long it will keep a charge since I keep my base plugged in but all parts are small enough to travel. The only thing I should mention as a negative is a bit hard to keep clean since there is a space between the motor base and brush unit, besides that this item is worth the investment.

So far working like a charm, does a really great job on plague. I've notice my gum line is much whiter now. Got this for a steal, I was skeptical about the price but when I had them check at register it was true. After using rewards it was even better. I don't regret this purchase at all as it was an upgrade from my other philips 4100. Battery life is very good and travel case is a plus!

    Healthier Gums!

I’ve been using a manual toothbrush all my life, so I was a little skeptical about the claims made with this toothbrush. Thru the years I’ve tried the cheap powered toothbrush but never felt they did anything more beneficial than a manual. The Phillips Sonicare Expertclean has changed my mind! I try to floss every night, if I don’t usually within a day or two my gums will bleed some when brushing. Since using the Phillips Sonicare Expertclean with the gum care brush, my gum bleeding has all but stopped, even without flossing. As you get older you realize how important taking care of your teeth and gums are. With 14 day battery life and a nice travel case, the Phillips Sonicare Expertclean will help you do that better than the cheap manual brushes!

Powerful clean and long battery life—Bluetooth fee

I’ve been using the Sonicare ExpertClean 7300 daily for two weeks now and overall it delivers an impressively thorough clean. The different modes (Clean, White+, Deep Clean) all feel noticeably more vigorous than my old manual brush, and my teeth feel smoother and my gums less inflamed after each session. The battery easily lasts over two weeks on a single charge, and the sleek charging case makes it simple to pack for travel. My only gripe is the Bluetooth connectivity—it adds complexity to the setup without providing any real benefit. I found myself never bothering to track brushing habits on my phone. If you just want a high-powered sonic toothbrush with excellent battery life, you can safely ignore the Bluetooth feature.

This was my first experience with an electric toothbrush after a recommendation from my dentist. After having the product for a month or two now, I can say that I am very pleased. It is easy to use and provides three speeds to meet most needs. I will admit it was a little shocking at first going from a manual brush to this, even on the lowest speed on Day 1. However, I am sold on this. My mouth feels cleaner than it ever did with a manual brush. To this point, a month or two after purchase, I have been impressed with the battery life of the toothbrush as well. The battery seems to last quite a long time between charges. I am also a fan of the automatic timer and the brush turning itself off. There is no more timing or guess how long you have brushed for, the toothbrush does it for you. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to move into an electric brush that is not the top of the line model.

I was a little afraid that this toothbrush would be rough on my teeth and gums but it has been great. I usually use the 2nd power level setting when brushing and that gets my teeth feeling smooth and my mouth feeling clean. I do wish you could change the power setting prior to brushing though. it held a char very well, I've charged it once since owning and it's been about a month. it does have a companion app but honestly i don't use it as much as i thought i would. My toothbrush is connected via Bluetooth but i find that the updates from the brush to the app are laggy.

This is my first electric toothbrush. When I unboxed the toothbrush I was initially surprised at home heavy it was, its solid base unit as akin to a small LED flashlight. Once I powered it up though, the weight only assisted with my cleaning. Overall there are 2 primary reasons why I like this toothbrush. First, the performance seems to be extraordinary. It took me some time to un-train myself from using the "brush" motion, but once I found out the described method in the instructions it was quite easy to follow. The base has a soft vibrating setting which acts as a time frame increment to let you know that you have been brushing for an adequate amount of time. One pulse equals I think 15 second or so. The other reason why i appreciate this toothbrush is because of its visual design. Its clean looking, and not too bulky. Its various provided brush heads also add to the sleek look and feel. All in all, if you are new to the electric toothbrush wold, this is a great unit to start with and is highly recommended by me.

I’ve been using the Philips Sonicare for quite a while, and it’s made a huge difference in my oral care routine. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner, and the built-in timer helps ensure I brush for the right amount of time. It’s gentle on the gums but powerful enough to remove plaque effectively. The battery lasts a long time, and the charging base is compact and easy to use. Overall, an excellent electric toothbrush that’s absolutely worth it!
