The unit provides durable protection for the earpiece while charging inside the unit on the go. It's also super convenient to have a docking station the earpiece can rest in, while still turned on but not in use, plus recharging the earpiece battery. When you have a call, simply remove the earpiece from the docking station, place it on your ear, and the call will be answered or transferred to the earpiece automatically. The only downside; the cumbersome manor in which you have to turn the earpiece so that it will fit correctly inside.

I have been a fan of Plantronics products since 2008. I started with the Pro, moved on to the Legend, and once the 5220 came out, I just knew I had to have it. So when I found out Plantronics made a portable charging unit and carry case for the 5220 . . . yes you guessed it, I had to have one. The case is small, sturdy and allows you to not only charge the headset while placed inside, but you can also dock the headset on top for a quick easy charge. The case holds an average of two to three full charges depending on how quickly the headset battery is depleted and has an LED charging indicator on the exterior. If you are like me and can’t live without your 5220, then the Plantronics charging and carrying case is a must have . . .

I am More than Impressed and very, very Pleased with the newly added "Plantronics Charging And Carrying Case" made specifically for the "Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset"... Also, I really, really Love having the option of and being able to Recharge the "Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset" on the go utilizing it as an optional charging case and / or docking stand, which provides up to 14 hours of power that equals up to two full charges...

This thing really is what makes my earpiece one of my favorite EDC items. It can either display the earpiece in the top cradle or store it inside. Either way, its charging. Excellent product.

this charger keeps my earpiece safe and charges it too! i have lost earpieces because, well they are small so when i keep it in this charger it doesn't get lost. i love it!

My dad wanted a blue tooth device to use with his iPhone. After reading numerous reviews and doing so much research, it seems that Plantronics Voyager had the best reviews. He loves it. Absolutely no complaints with the device. However, it did not come with a storage case. You have to buy one separately. So, I bought this storage case. I really like it because not only does it keep the device safe but you can also charge it while it's in the case. It's really too expensive in my opinion, but it is necessary and it is very nice.

I considered a bit, and finally got this case, and I love it. It keeps my headset safe and make sure it fully charged anytime I want to put on my headset. The simplicity of not needing to plug the usb to charge the headset is so convenience at so many ways. Whenever I finished using my headset, I just put it back to the case and throw it into my backpack and forget it. No more worries about I have to charge it tonight. And when I pickup the headset I check the power level on the case, so that I can charge the headset at the same time I use my headset if necessary. Wonderful product.

This is an unbelievable charger and case for my headset. It works fast and protects my headset when I'm not using it. I'm not sure how I feel about this being sold separately at this price point which I think is kind of high, but I feel like it is a necessary accessory and makes it much more convenient to store and charge the headset

Although I've had several Plantronics Headsets (my dog kept eating them or I misplaced and couldn't find them), my last one being a Voyager, I have only had the chargers that connect directly into the headset. This product makes my life so much easier - not only does it keep the headset charged, it prevents me from misplacing and losing it. The size of the case is perfect for carrying it in my pocketbook or just sliding it into the pocket of whatever I'm wearing. I highly recommend getting this companion charging and carrying case for the Plantronics Voyager 5200 series!

Great charging case. Small enough to fit in a purse. Very durable. Lasts for many chargers before having to charge back up. Two ways to charge your earpiece. Easy and convenient.

This charger is great, the headset fits inside to protect it while charging or you can simply drop it in the exterior charging port so you can easily slide back over ear for use.

The plantronics charging/carrying case for the Voyager 220 is very convenient and easy to use. It took a little practice to learn how to fold the bluetooth when placing it on charge, but its second nature after a few times. It makes it easy to keep up with the bluetooth while providing very good protection. I wouldn’t recommend buying the 5220 without the case. The price is the only complaint I might have at over $30.

I bought the headset first, decided I liked it enough to keep it but was still aware of this item. Plugging the cable in to charge it isnt too hard but one thing that I was concerned about was carrying it around in my pocket and it getting broken. This case ensures that it wont get broken and is a much easier method for charging the headset than directly plugging in the cable. The LED readout of charge level for both the case and the headset are awesome. The outside dock stand ability is also a good design as well.

I primarily purchased this case to protect the 5220 headset I had already purchased. The 5220 is great because, in addition to the proprietary power connector, it has a micro USB for charging. However, it seemed fragile and I was afraid it would break while stuffed in my bag. The case protects the headset and charges it extremely fast.

Great case to keep piece safe when not in use and it charges it but I still haven’t figured out the full details of the charge. Instructions need more detail.

I didn't care about the built-in battery to keep the headset charged when I bought this. I just wanted something to protect the headset from damage, I had to replace my Voyager Legend because it got cracks and stopped working well from being carried around in my pocket all the time. This case does protect the headset, and as a bonus, it keeps the headset fully charged when it's stored in the case. The only down side is the outside of the case has a rubberized coating, making it difficult to slide in and out of my pocket. It's also quite large. It feels like there's a bit of empty space internally; they surely could have made it smaller.

The Voyager 5200 has great battery life, but if you're going to be using it a lot, the case is great. I can almost get 3 full charges out of it and the charging is fast. Its really helpful. The next bonus is that this thing is tough! I sit on it all the time when its in my back pocket and have no problems at all. I like that I can charge it with the case closed or open as well in case I need to get to it quickly.

I never had the original legend, but for the 5200, its perfect. I can easily get two whole charges off of it. I love that it can charge either inside the case or out. I probably wouldn't sit on the case, but i know it can withstand drops.
