Customer Ratings & Reviews

The PS5 Slim delivers the full power of the PlayStation 5 in a sleeker, lighter design. Setup was quick, the system runs whisper‑quiet, and the performance is flawless. Games load incredibly fast thanks to the SSD, and the graphics look stunning on every title I’ve tried. It feels like Sony took everything great about the original PS5 and made it more convenient without sacrificing power. Highly recommend for anyone upgrading or buying their first PlayStation.

I finally picked up the PlayStation 5 Slim from Best Buy last month, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade from my old PS4. The console is noticeably smaller and sleeker than the original launch model, fitting perfectly on my entertainment center without dominating the space. The 1TB SSD is a huge improvement – games load in seconds, and I still have room for several big titles before needing an expansion. Graphics and performance are mind-blowing. 4K at up to 120fps with ray tracing makes games like Spider-Man 2, God of War Ragnarök, and newer releases look stunning on my TV. The DualSense controller remains one of the best features: haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make every action feel immersive, whether you’re swinging through the city or pulling back a bow. Setup was quick and easy through Best Buy’s smooth online ordering and in-store pickup.

The PlayStation 5 is truly the ultimate digital device in our home! My son and I both love it. He plays on it every day, enjoying games like Asphalt, Need for Speed, and Stumble Guys. I use it about 1–2 times per week, diving into my personal favorites like FIFA 25 and an immersive fishing game. The graphics are absolutely stunning, with smooth gameplay that brings every scene to life. The fast loading times and incredible processing power make it a joy to use. The dual-sense controller is a game-changer, adding an entirely new level of realism with its haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Whether you’re into intense racing games or casual sports and simulation, the PS5 delivers unmatched performance. It's a fantastic investment for family fun and quality gaming experiences.

Excellent console with outstanding performance and stunning graphics. Load times are extremely fast, and the design looks modern and premium. Perfect for demanding games and long gaming sessions. It runs quietly, stays stable, and delivers exactly what it promises. Definitely a purchase worth every dollar for serious gamers worldwide today

I recently purchased the PlayStation 5, and it has truly been a game-changer. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell Sony has put a lot of thought and care into both the design and functionality. The console is sleek, modern, and impressively compact considering its power. The setup was incredibly easy, with a user-friendly interface that walks you through each step. The SSD storage makes loading times lightning-fast, and I noticed a massive difference in how games run compared to previous consoles. The graphics are stunning—4K at 120Hz looks beautiful, and even older games feel like they’ve been given a fresh coat of paint. The standout feature, however, has to be the DualSense controller. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback provide an immersive experience like never before. Whether you’re feeling the resistance in a bowstring or the vibrations of footsteps, it’s a whole new level of interactivity. Performance-wise, it’s hard to beat. I’ve been playing some of the latest titles, and they run smoothly without any lag or issues. The PS5 also operates quietly, which is a huge upgrade over its predecessors. If you’re a gamer looking to step into the future, the PS5 is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible gaming experience.

PS5 Slim Pro Review — Is It Really Worth the Upgrade? After spending a couple weeks with the PS5 Slim Pro, I can say this: it feels like the PlayStation 5 that the original wanted to be. It’s not a total game-changer, but it’s definitely smoother, faster, and built for people who actually care about getting the best visuals possible out of their setup. Performance and Graphics The first thing I noticed is how much steadier the frame rates are. Games that used to dip a bit on the regular PS5 — like Cyberpunk 2077 or Horizon Forbidden West — now hold 60fps much more comfortably, and ray tracing looks cleaner too. Sony’s new upscaling tech (PSSR) is surprisingly good; it makes older or non-native 4K games look sharper without feeling artificial. It’s not mind-blowing, but once you go back to the regular PS5, you can tell something’s missing. Design and Build Physically, it’s basically the PS5 Slim with some minor tweaks — same sleek design, a little quieter, and it doesn’t heat up as much even during longer sessions. It still doesn’t include a disc drive, though, which feels cheap considering the price. You can buy one separately, but come on, Sony. Storage and Speed The built-in 2TB SSD is a big win. Finally, I don’t have to play “which game do I uninstall this week.” Load times are still lightning fast, but that’s nothing new — the PS5 was already great there. Price and Who It’s For At around $699, it’s not a small upgrade. If you’re playing on a 4K TV with 120Hz support or you care about getting every drop of performance, the PS5 Slim Pro makes sense. You’ll notice the difference. But if you’re just playing casually on a 60Hz TV, the jump from the Slim isn’t going to feel life-changing. The regular PS5 Slim still delivers a fantastic experience for most players. Final Thoughts The PS5 Slim Pro isn’t revolutionary — it’s more like a “PS5 perfected.” It’s quieter, faster, and a little more future-proof. I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone, but for serious players who want smoother visuals and more consistent performance, it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re upgrading from the original PS5 or Slim, you won’t be disappointed — just be ready to pay for that extra polish.

This bundle is 100% worth it. The PS5 runs smoothly and looks amazing, and Spider-Man 2 is an incredible game with great graphics, fast loading times, and an engaging story. The gameplay feels smooth and immersive, and everything set up easily right out of the box. If you’re thinking about getting a PS5, this bundle is a great choice and totally worth the money.

I give the PS5 slim digital edition a 5/5 star review it’s a well made product. It’s fast it’s quiet and easy to use and navigate through. The process to purchase and start using was quick and simple and it beats my X box that i had for the last 10 plus years.

Nice upgrade from my PS4, no more storage issues and performs much better and faster. Able to play with friends and house all my games with no worries, 10/10. Got the digital slim version with a pink controller on top of what it came with. Controllers are super nice, too, overall would recommend.
