Customer Ratings & Reviews

It's a great drive, good amount of storage and fast. Quick and easy installation.

The work was completed in a timely fashion. Virus and malware threats were removed. I appreciated the concern I received when trying to identify possible issues. The computer was updated and now I have to get use to the changes.

Despite my hours and hours of troubleshooting, my gaming laptop's hard drive stopped being recognized for some reason. I made the decision to buy a new drive in order to extend the life of my current one until I could remove my data after checking the health of my drive and finding that it was essentially low. In any case, I haven't encountered any problems with it, and it is quick. Always make a backup of your files. All of my gaming stuff was on the original, even though I didn't have any important stuff, so back up your stuff, people.

The solid state drive was installed by Geek Squad a couple of months ago and it made my old Dell desktop much more responsive, very pleased with the performance. I thought it was a very reasonable price. Only problem I had was getting my third party software installed for printers, scanners, microsoft office, and etc.

Solid PS4 replacement drive. I love fast, cheap storage.

Easy Install. Working good. Install around Oct. 2025. Will update in time if anything goes wrong.

Purchased over a year ago and still holding strong. I use it for my PC games and still as fast as when I purchased it . Installation was a breeze and never any issues with downloading or erasing files .

Bought the 1tb PNY SATA solid state drive for my girlfriend’s PS4 Slim. The drive was easy to set up and was booting the PS4 operating system within 5 minutes of swapping out the old drive. It runs very well and has reduced the loading times on God Of War by a good 50%. The PS4 also boots up and downloads updates considerably faster. If you want a solid, affordable SSD, this is a good choice.

I recently upgraded my computer with a new SSD, and I am very impressed with its performance. The speed is incredible! My computer now boots up in just a few seconds, and programs open almost instantly.

Quick and easy to install, made my computer so much fast

Had to replace my 10-year-old HDD which kept having booting errors. Bought this along with a mount and a sata cable and popped it into my empty slot in my pc. Cloned the drive then removed my hdd and have been booting and using this one since. Saved my pc, and my games run faster, and I got it on sale, so a win all around.

Had the internal ssd sata put in and was unbelievable how much faster my computer loads up and reacts to my commands. Should have done a long time ago.

Great ssd, easy install. Great for games and other things.

Easy to instal and running like a champ. It’s like day over night. This drive replaces a sluggish HDD factory installed into a laptop by Lenovo.

Not sure if PNY is super well know, but I got a PNY as my boot SSD 10 years ago for my first build, and I'm still using it today, Got this to replace a Samsung SSD. I went through a period of getting Samsung SSDs because they were 1.) Samsung, and 2.) On sale for way cheaper than anyone else. Found out they only make good phones, every other Samsung product is trash, they break super quick and have very short/limited warranties to pull bait and switches. PNY is probably the most reliable storage device manufacturer.

Great bang for your buck. Purchased this for my nephews first pc build. He harvested parts from my old am4 ryzen pcbuild.

Used this to replace a traditional drive. It's amazing how much faster my pc is. The time it takes to get into windows after pushing the power button is several minutes faster. Only wish is that PNY had included access to cloning software.

Got this for a steal at $46! I wanted a new drive to download and store all of my digital PS4 games to my PS5 and this SSD was the ticket. Paired it with a USB to SATA cable, hooked it up to the PS5 and it worked as a perfect extended storage device. Would recommend to anyone in need of additional space for PS4 games on PS5. :)

The product exceeded my expectations in terms of read/write speed. It makes for a great extended storage and back-up drive. It's SATA III and rated lower than most NVMe drives, but since it's not having to run windows it has almost no trouble with downloads.

I was fearful my 9-yr old HP laptop was in big trouble when it seized up. My Geek Squad buddies had the fix, installed the solid state drive and had my laptop back to me in 24hrs. And Wow! Factor. It runs faster now than before. For like $60. What a great upgrade.
