The watch itself is OK, but I was really disappointed with the online interface that worked with the watch. Usually, it just didn't provide enough detail for whatever it had measured. For instance, it would tell me that I slept for "five hours and twenty minutes," but could it show some detail, such as a graph that showed my sleep periods and restless periods? Of course not. That just wasn't enough detail for me, so I returned this item.

I wanted a watch that would monitor my activity through the day yet keep the basic essential of having it be a timepiece. I work in an industry where are my hands and watch often get. dirty throughout the day this is a great watch because it's easy to clean and the battery lasts a very long time. I find the syncing on the computer to be fairly confusing for a simple guy like myself.

I really enjoy the watch and it works well for my water aerobics classes. My only criticism is the lack of documentation that comes with the watch.

I've used Polar for years and finally needed an upgrade. I really use the heart rate monitor. The previous versions sometimes loses the signal but with the bluetooth it seems to always connect with no issues. I like the downloading of my workout details. The band is way too big though. I wish they made different sizes.

I love my Polar A300. I wear it everyday and it's amazing. It was easy to set up and has a long battery life.

I use this to track steps and log in workouts. It's not 100% accurate with swimming, but it works much better than all the other ones I've tried. I like how it has buttons in order to use the functions. Everything is easily visible on the screen.

I've been using Polar heart monitors for the last 20 years. I found the A300 to be an awesome device that works as advertised. I'm very happy with it and strongly recommend it to anyone serious about their health. The web tool is easy to navigate. Great job Polar!

This watch has encouraged me to work out harder, I really love it!! Also, you must order it with the heart rate monitor otherwise it is usless...

This allows cumulative record of all your activities which comes in very handy if you are serious fitness person. Comfortable to wear.

I bought this watch because a lot of the people on fitness journeys that I follow on Instagram use them and swear by it. I like that it has a normal sized face and doubles as an everyday watch. It is very helpful in keeping up with calories burned throughout the day and has a progress bar to show your daily activity percentage completed.

Had no complaints once she saw the watch. Would recommend it to the fitness lovers.
