Bought this instead of a new backpack that had a GoPro mount on the strap. Saved myself tons of money and the item works like I wanted to without buying a new backpack

Works great. The first one i got broke quickly, hence the four stars but this second one works great so far.

Nice GoPro mount for backpacking. Attaches securely to shoulder strap with two screws. Can adjust angle and move up and down on your shoulder strap for different angles. I suggest attaching as high as comfortable to get best picture angle. Also use as body cam mount for campus backpack.

The concept for this mount is great. Attached to basically any backpack strap and the quick disconnect for the camera mount portion works well. It's a little difficult to attach to a life vest without it being up on your shoulder. If the strap it's attached to isn't tight, the camera will flop around some. The issue I had with it that both blue knobs unscrewed from the screw post that clamp the device together. It happened while I was out on my waverunner and I almost lost the knob. It's easily fixable with some red loctite on the threads where the knob attaches. Something so simple could cause you to lose the knob or not be able to adjust the tightness.

I absolutely would give this product 5 stars only if it were easy to latch off from the holder. It takes a good force to take the camera from the holder. Super easy to attach the holder to the backpack straps, and it doesn't move once it's attached!

If you are into traveling gadgets this is a good one. Very convenient no have hands free footage while you concentrate in other things. It fits great an external accesories like gimbals or camera stabilizers. Very light and convenient

Purchased this for my daughter to use while hiking and going to music festivals. She loves it! She gets a lot more use out of her go pro with it. Great price and easy to use.

Wish I could say it works fantastic. but the truth is I haven't used it yet.. took it out of the package and checked the quality. kind of bulky but not too bad. looks and feels like good quality. looking forward to trying it out

Took it on a trip, and had the karma grip attached to it. I had no issues, and it was sturdy.

Used it a handful of times already and it's great. Pretty easy to use and has a variety of positions you can put the GoPro in. I love it! Backpack strap to replace the chesty strap (easier to user for me since I'm a woman!) And wearing it high on the strap for a shoulder mount.

This clip allows you to attach the GoPro to a backpack strap, so it is easy to record while hiking. It is easy to quickly remove the GoPro if needed. I've not used it for other camera mounts, but it feels sturdy enough to use with other, heavier cameras.

I was looking for a flexible attachment for my GP camera and this backpack mount does it. When I go hiking, scuba or mt. biking I strap to backpack and keeps the camera steady. I like how easily be attached. Not complaints, here, and very good quality piece of equipment.

Bought this and attached it easily to my backpack. Used it on a trip to Iceland and it was perfect. I was able to capture some amazing images and videos with my GoPro and it stayed in tact and did not fall off

The product is a neat novelty of sorts. I like being able to take it off and use it when needed. But, I wish there were other accessories that allowed you to quick connect in to something else like the original GoPro quick connect.

This was the best backpack mount I could find. It does attach solid. My only complaint is that they use their own quick release versus the standard which would have been really nice.

Seriously heavy duty mount for an action camera. Thumb screws lock it down tight on a strap. Great mount for the Session for hiking or backpacking.

This mount is great for a backpack, life jacket anything with a strap it will attach and sit nicely .... may need to mount GoPro differently if you have a external battery on it ..... otherwise flawless for me
