I just think that when you have a $400+ camera on your backpack, it needs to be more secure than this backpack strap is. The part that goes on that backpack is great, the part that holds the camera could be better.

If the camera mounting plate was metal, it would be a better quality product.

A cheaper alternative with quality to match

It's not convenient to attach to a strap since you have to take both screws out and the fit of the removable mount plate leaves something to be desired.

If you have it plan for traveling overseas and things you want to record it is a good option but you get a side view at least on the backpack I have try it.
